Rate this character out of 10: The Scout
I give him a 6. He makes spaces useless for other players, which is a little like making them miss turns. (I hate playing against him for this reason.) Can also bogart stat streams if he's the first to draw them. I especially like his movement ability.
There's nothing to dislike about this character, but there's nothing outstanding about him either.
i'll give him a 8,5. Move ability is strong, drawing 2 cards and hiding bad (or streams/fountains etc) cards is strong as well.
you need to be tactical w your choices (making him fun) and you need some luck to succesfully use his abilities to their greatest potential but he can be really strong

I give him a 5.5. His ability is a lot of fun and makes for some strategic planning. With the right cards drawn he can power up pretty quickly or make a safe haven to recoil. Fun character.
