For stealth, not to my knowledge. For combat, there are charts in the section on combat and for starship combat there are charts in the starships and vehicles section.

You got an open channel, but transmitting that far will take some time (4 rounds), so you have to keep them from shutting it off before the signal gets uploaded to the transmitter and sent.
