No, you can take the weapons and creds. Dispose of the drugs as you wish, but Avabush is somewhat useful as a truth serum, so you might want to consider your options there.

You could look for bounties, but they'd only be for live captures and you only have one live capture other than Dref who you've already confirmed is a bounty.
