@RuusMarev, I suggest that Vhal join Dar/Maya/Arno, I think that will work best for player engagement. I normally wouldn't suggest something like this, but I think it's important in this case so that we have two players on each job.

fixed
... @P-47 Thunderbolt, just curious, after all this chaos (since the Pykes)... how long until just the sight or mention of Cade will make Underworld figures pee themselves?
( or does he need to up his destructive savagery?)
Eh, his reputation will get around to some people eventually. It's a big galaxy, and most people aren't as plugged in as Kurak. Some particular syndicates may be more likely to recognize him than others, but to most he'd just be another Mando.
I really ought to use the Exploits rules from No Disintegrations. I dabbled with them before, but never really implemented them. I'll at least start using them from the narrative side of things...
@RuusMarev, @Tramp Graphics, what's the plan for the rescue op?

Cade's plan, or an actual plan?
Just now, RuusMarev said:Cade's plan, or an actual plan?
Either one. ![]()
Well, it would be nice to replenish some munitions, Rockets, missiles, grenades...
Cade's "plan" is to walk up to the daughters room and knock.. "Health and Welfare check"
(Kara's not much better, and she's the 'level headed' one...)
The Actual plan should probably be a little recon first to see what's going on... maybe raid the office and beat up---err... ask for the room for the Detective's daughter... evac her and any captive they come across, then declare themselves-if they haven't caused enough mayhem- then release Ge'tal and let her raze them...
None of the PCs present are exactly what I would refer to as the "cooler heads" that would need to prevail, so everyone make an Average Cool check to see if you're able to take a more level-headed tack, or if you take the direct approach. Cade gets a Setback.
So she's basically grabbing onto his arm and digging in her heels to prevent him rushing in... ![]()
@Tramp Graphics, you can go ahead and roll if you want to gauge Ge'tal's feelings on the matter, but it isn't mechanically necessary.
@RuusMarev, do you want to narrate the trip there, or shall I?
What exactly is the nature and method of the recon?
scope it out from at least across the street, check for muscle... look for evidence of "trades people" on the corner, ect.. just making sure it's the right place...*
*if you narrate that there is a Thorned Circle emblem over the door, we can save some time, to be honest...
Yep, yep, yep. No check required for that. Some muscle in the form of "security," but not much, and only at a few key locations. Some "trades people," no Thorned Circle emblem. ![]()
It's a tall building, probably about 10 stories in all. High by Worlport standards, but not absurdly so. Fits in with the other architecture.
You can go ahead and narrate it.

Yeah, didn't think so. Take 2 Strain, frustrated with the hold-up.
@RuusMarev, how're you approaching this? Front door? Window? Bluff? Barge in?
the office, ask for the girl by name...possibly take Ge'tal off "her leash" ... either way, Negotiations will be short...
do we have the daughter's room number?
