My thought is to have Kara drop off the others, and leave the limo at one of the Black Sun hideout/base/bar.. diverting attention from us.. maybe make it look like it was sanctioned by 'Sun...

Yes, that works.
@Von3679, you know the location of a common Black Sun hangout (a bar called Varga's), they seem to do a lot of business out of it. With the lack of Advantage/Threat (and Despair 😢), there's no particular defining feature that will help or hinder the dropoff.
