Cade lasted alot longer than his ST, and we re-rolled at least once at the end

Well, she only gave permission for the swords and Kara's pistol, so I'd say the grenades and jetpack rockets are part of the spirit of the law even if not the letter of the law. Are you trying to get them through?

To smuggle the grenades and jetpack rockets past the security, please make a Stealth check using your Cunning instead of Agility. Each character will need to make this check separately. The difficulty is Average, Upgraded once, and with a Setback. Depending on the results, Ge'tal may not have to make the check since she's just got the jetpack rocket.
Cade: : 3eA+1eC+1eD+1eS 0 successes, 2 advantage
Kara:: 3eA+1eC+1eD+1eS 1 failure

Yeah, they confiscate the grenades and rockets, but with the Advantage, they don't think that you were trying to smuggle them in. I'll post IC.

Where does it say that? I'd checked the rarity and Negotiation sections looking for guidance and didn't see that.
Page 149, it’s the first paragraph under Rarity on the right hand side near the end, just above the bolded text that says ‘Table 5-1: Rarity’. It’s in parenthesis.

In this case, I'll say no because there aren't really any knowledge skills that line up. If you want to get a permanent contact, even if they don't currently have the item you're looking for, that would be acceptable, potentially allowing you to automatically find any other items you are looking for.
