Thats a shame but if its not profitable for you or is costing you money and leaving you out of pocket then its time to stop.

Sometimes what we would like to do and what we have to do are not always compatible.

Perhaps you could finish the Ruins and have that as a final piece witht the advertising slogan of:-

'Complete your Talisman scenery with this wonderful final piece in the collection. The Ruins'

That may drum up additional sales if people know its the last piece.

It will be sad as I've really enjoyed watching my 2D Talisman board rise up like a Game of Thrones opening sequence. Thanks Leavon for all your hard work with these wonderful pieces and good luck in the future

Thanks Kate, I will finish the Ruins, it may be the case that people are waiting to bulk buy a few items to save on postage but as of the past few months sales of all the Talisman stuff have dropped off a cliff.

At the price point of these models it was always going to be a niche market and it may be that everyone who wants them models has now bought them.

Also the areas that are left are probably less interesting than the feature locations.

If sales do pick up when the ruins are released then I may still do other areas I just can't commit to it right now.

Thankyou for supporting my little endeavour, it has been much fun creating these models and really gratifying to see people painting and using them.

Well after the doom and gloom of my last post, I found myself with a free weekend and I fancied a pop at the Crags and and the Ruins and here's a sneak peak of them!

They will be up on the shop with the next couple of days....

I also did a cheeky sculpt of Dice with Death, that one will take a little longer, it's quite a tricky one to print....

Well after 3 failed attempts it's printed! I've had to cut it up into 3 pieces, the dice arm and the scythe blade are both separate pieces but they fit together well.

It will need a little filling and sanding but pretty minimal. The skull has come out really well, I'm printing another right now to make sure it's not a fluke....

The photos don't do it justice, it looks very cool!

If you are trying to tempt me back into getting the set again, it's working!

I might just have to spring for this one as a nice little ornament

With the dice you are right, but not the talisman. the total of oppposite sides on a dice is always 7. so 6 and 1, 3 and 4, 5 and 2 are opposite.. the reaper cheats, what else have you expected?

i am happy you have overcome your frustration about low selling and returned to make these fantastic models. low seling is because nobody knows about it and the price in total is high. we buyed one after the other and did not count the total costs, but someone who discovers your page now for first time will probably be shocked . just look if you can make advertising on the forums of the new talisman publishers and gaming magazines. just an idea.

Btw a complete fortress GW Age of Sigmar goes up to 1000 euro. of course GW sells the towers walls and buildings single for 150-220 euro.

I'm waiting for a non working day to open them and bask in their Leavon loveliness.

I suppose theres only the Forest, Chasm and Pit Fiends and the boards complete.

You could do a little terrain pack with a hanging gibbet, crossroads sign etc just to put some 3D magnificence on that back straight.

Kate was the first person to place an order of the new models.

There were 13 orders between Kate's order and yours Matthias. Several of the orders were quite large and one was a complete set.

I process the orders in the order they are received, I can't physically print them any quicker. I've said it before and I'll say it again, nobody is forcing you to buy this stuff.

So I was looking at the board in search of inspiration for the next piece and I suddenly noticed the dinosaurs on the Hidden Valley, I hadn't noticed the Lost world vibe with that space before!
