Complete list of repaint/modding threads for ease of reference

Since starting with XWM I have really enjoyed seeing not only the gorgeous models supplied by FFG but also the repaints and conversations done by the community (it even got me painting again after a 30 year break, which has been a lost-pleasure regained) - however, despite some awesome threads that compile a bunch of different people's work, there are always wonderful loose threads that some might see and others might miss and I mentioned in a post today that someone should compile them and as wife and kids are all napping, I thought I would use the 30 minutes of silence to compile links to those threads into a single post that I will bump from time to time as I see more added.

This is in no way meant to replace some of the already awesome threads and isn't designed to include pictures, just links to other threads for edification and inspiration.

I broke them out into three groups - those that combined the work of multiple people, those that were the work of individuals, and those that were just worth adding for one reason or another. I also included a Facebook group that I've seen some awesome work in. This is in no way supposed to be exhaustive at this point, so if I missed something, please add below and I'll add to the main thread. I thought about adding links to various painting/modding tutorials i have seen on Youtube but not sure if that's straying too far from the point of the original list.
If I misrepresented or your thread or miscredited your work, please let me know and I'll make adjustments

Maybe if enough people report my thread it'll get pinned or go out in a blaze of glory. I'm good either way ;)

And that was before my time here - what was the reason given for closing that sub-forum down? Did they need the room to store their kids photos or something?

I suck at painting. This thread hurts my soul like all the other threads hurt my soul but this is like all the pretty girls in one place laughing at me together. Another thread I need to avoid. Thanks for posting it.

One day my ships won't look like I have water boarded them and I will post them. Oh yes, I shall post them.

I don't recall exactly, I don't think a real reason was ever given.
