Just add this to the next Vassal module: New ship, unique, the "No News".
At the start of the combat phase, any ship that is at range 1-3 receives a stress token. At the end phase, any ship at range 1-3 may not remove stress. When destroyed, every enemy ship at range 1-3 clears all stress token and gains a focus and evade token... but everyone's wallet starts to cry.

Man, May 1st feels like forever from now. Time to work on my campaign rules some more.
I'm still holding out hope that this article means absolutely nothing like so many FFG articles do. I think they know they owe the collective community of gamers at least 2 articles per day (that seems to be the norm), and they're getting lazy (since it's Friday) and trying to fill up articles with random information about an event they already scheduled.

The IA expansion is really cool. I've loved playing Descent, and was thinking of getting into IA, but was concerned about its health recently, especially with Legion coming out. I didn't want to buy into a game that may be getting cut. That they are releasing another Expansion box in addition to the new Ally and Villain packs looks good. I may have to go ahead and splurge on the base set now.
