Compiled Resources List

Actually I suspected as much. It would be promoting stuff that is not released by them, etc. They probably would rather it stay under the radar a bit

That's a logical assumption, yeah.

Passenger NPCs... I could really use some passenger NPCs.

You know... its hard enough coming up with a story for the adventures without thinking up a quirky addition to the scene. i.e. Wookie being hunted by the Empire, wants to lay low.. RARR..

Its important if you players want to take passengers to earn some credits, but also its makes the GMs life easier to hide someone behind a plot element. Like.. a bounty hunter.

I am not sure what this means in regards to this thread.

If you want quick and easy NPCs, give them all 2s in stats and pick 2-3 skills to give them an upgrade in.

It was a request. And I'm more interested in their story lines than anything else.

Blank adversary sheets

I put an M, R or N for Minion, Rival or Nemesis beneath the word "Name:" at the top.

I've just added a cool name generator that IceBear mentioned in another thread.

Space Combat as presented in the Core Rulebook is a bit boring, especially for the Pilot. Everyone else seems to be able to contribute by jamming, reinforcing shields and whatnot while the guy (or gal) piloting the ship gets to “fly” and, if fast enough, try to “gain the advantage”.

I like my Star Wars a little more exciting with frantic maneuvering, getting behind the enemy TIE fighter and having him barrel-roll and and turn the tables on the klunky Y-Wing.

I would like to submit my "Starship Dogfighting House Rules" to the Compiled Resource List

I've compiled a list of Movement information, for both structured and unstructured gameplay, on both the personal and vehicle scale, including some houseruled items (which are tagged as such). Link to it can be found in my sig block, along with the link to my previous document: health & recovery.

Nice work Jon, this is a great help.

Two pieces of feedback, if I may. The first is that there is a lot of dead space here. You might consider going to columns and narrowing the margins to use more of the page. The fewer pieces of paper to flip through at the table, the better.

Secondly, your sheet includes this sentence:

"Unforced Error: Can be granted free out-of-turn maneuver by opponent spending [threat] [threat]"

isn't it more correct to say that the player spends the opponent's threat? The opponent himself does not make this choice, I don't think. I would suggest:

"Unforced Error: Can be granted free out-of-turn maneuver by spending [threat] [threat] from opponent's dice results"

That's a good idea. I didn't want to make the font too small because one of my players has bad eyesight, but I can definitely try to reformat it to fit on the page a bit more nicely (maybe reduce margins, too).

Yup, that's very true. Players often decide how to spend NPC threat/despair. I'll fix that up now. :)

Thanks!

Hey, thank YOU! It's a great sheet and I also like the other one you did for healing.

And I'll add, as a player who has non-correctible terrible eyesight, I 100% agree with not making hte font too small :)

I've made a simple, clean, light on ink, initiative tracker. Enjoy.

Could they actually have a reason not to pin this thread?

Could they actually have a reason not to pin this thread?

Yup. There was a vague mention of the reason somewhere else... lets just put it down to legal concerns. I think that is the best way to describe it.

I guess we'll keep bumping till the end of the universe itself, when we will all become one with the force.

Not exactly legal reasons, but so they are not officially supporting it while also letting us talk amongst ourselves and share stuff... " Let's just say we'd like to avoid any Imperial entanglements."

Anyone know who made these excellent sheets? I love them a lot but hope the original designer can fix the two typos on the Force Sensitive Exile sheet. The first two talents on the second row have errors in them.

That would be me. :D

There aren't any force users in my group so I haven't looked at that tree in a while. Thanks! I will update immediately.
