I mentioned that people 2000 years ago wrote about the region they lived in, and I remarked the lack of any knowledge about regions they wouldn't have been exposed to was a red flag. Not sure why you're crafting an argument that claims I said every single thing in the bible is false.

I'm gonna be honest with you: After this much question-dogging and you talking about "people putting words in your mouth", I have a hard time accepting that apology. Especially because this is the second time that we had that argument in this threat, and All Shields Forward already saying back than, that that is obviously not what he, or anyone else, meant.

But the stories are ficticious: they did not happen in the way the bible describes them, or even at all, and the people and places in the stories have only very little in common with the people and places in the real world. Maybe a jewish preacher named Jesus existed. That's entirely possible. But he's not THE Jesus, as in the one we know from the bible. In the same way a 23-years old filing clerc from pakistan named Darth Vader isn't the REAL Darth Vader. He's just a guy with the same name.

TBH, whilst its been obvious for a while something like this could happen, I'm still a bit surprised is actually has. If they were worried that Democrats were going to take their guns away before, well they've given them the perfect excuse now.

Search for the pictures of the D.C. BLM-protest this summer. Look at the police line standing in front of congress. Lines and lines of geared-up, militarised riot-police.

There was a FB post from March For Our Lives (student gun control group) offering condolences to the members of Congress on the distress of having to "shelter in place and hope for aid." Such beautiful bitter irony.

You will have to enlighten me, how, especially having seen the image of the guy with punisher decals and zipties, how actual sedition is the "proper" way to protest.

Big government breeds corruption because politicians feel safe knowing they can make careers out of it. It doesn't matter if it's a democrat or republican government, they are the same machine with skin level differences to keep the illusion of choice. These protesters walked right into the heart of the beast and the rats scattered. If they had wanted to actually harm the senators and representatives it would have happened. The various protests over the summer didn't accomplish anything except destroy/disable swathes of major cities, these ones sent a clear message everyone should heed. The power is in the hands of the people as it should be if you'll take it. The government should always fear the people.

They'll be labelled terrorists and the new government will strip away more rights, though they would have regardless. All those people will be arrested or blacklisted from society but hopefully one day their act will prove to do some good. Expect more like things like this.
