THE MANDALORIAN, in a Civilized Age
Any chance we'll get a Mandolorian expansion for Outer Rim?

Nope, there's only one Darksaber, and it is kind of a big deal - it may be just a fancy laser sword, but the longer it appears in cannon, the more ceremonial meaning it gains. The Darksaber is more of a ceremonial weapon, akin to Excalibur - you wield it, you get to claim the leadership of Mandalore (planet) and Mandalorians (as a nation and possibly as a creed as well).
As for the finale - I love what this show did with its story. It's awesome in a way no star wars material was since TCW seasons 4 and 5 (and i like most of the sequel stuff, i read most of the comics and novels as well). We see Din grow, both personally and in his understanding of The Way. Greef and Cara are both good supporting characters, and IG is awesome, but the Armorer stole the episode for me. I want more of her, she's bada**.
Also, the finale gets props for allowing Taika to show off, the opening scene made me pause it and laugh it out
With all that, the Darksaber is just cherry on top, a perfect fanservice/cliffhanger. Just let Favreau and Filoni have the same amount of fun in next seasons, and we'll get sooooo much soooo good Star Wars
PS. I love the idea that the mandalorians lost their uprising, yet Sabine in the closing scenes of Rebels seems to be taking the whole Purge thing quite easy
thats 2 E-webs we've seen this season and both have been remarkably deadly, we need an updated version in Legion because as of right now they are pretty much a joke.

Moff Gideon makes a comment that this E-Web was a newer model.
I licked my lips.

There is only one Darksaber and it was created by a Mandalorian Jedi named Tarre Vizsla. Here is a list of all of the Clone Wars and Rebels episodes that the Darksaber appears in: https://www.google.com/amp/s/io9.gizmodo.com/12-star-wars-shows-to-watch-explaining-that-mandalorian-1840682938/amp . All of the episodes of both Clone Wars and Rebels are available on Disney+.
P.S. Some rebel shock troopers with an air drop ability would be amazing for Legion!

I thought about your Deathwatch theory today as we watched the episode! You called it! I concede victory to you!
Well, half of it anyway.
I was wrong about when or if a purge happened. Though I still can't believe that Filoni would erase his own lore.
And I really....really hope we see Sabine.
I guess it was good to see The Mandalorian without his helmet.
What is a pity is we won’t get to see the Armourer take hers off.

She’s good with tools.

As an Imperial, this sounds like multiple sets of nails on a chalkboard to me.
Key chains forged with Damascus Steel
Link for those interested (not my creation FYI, as you all know I don’t have this skill set)

Saw the finale.
Chronologically after ROTJ in 1983, the only "real" Star Wars to be released as far as I'm concerned is West End Game's products, Rogue One, and The Mandalorian .
Everything else exists in the same sphere as Planet of the Hoojibs as far as I'm concerned. An entertainment product available for those who enjoy it, but nothing more.
How is this show so good? Like I'm seriously asking. How is this even possible? It will take me some time to come up with a theory.

If you’re on a budget, 3D printer patterns exist for Beskar ingots as well.

What about the NPR radio dramas? Those are my personal favorite piece of Star Wars!

That pretty much summerizes my 30 year old West End Games Campaign, with the Prequels as “Legends.” Starting in 1989, we still game at least once a year at GenCon.

I'd also include a section of General Veers. Maybe Count Dooku?
Not my idea but it is genius.
Taika Waititi should direct a new Star Wars Holiday Special.
