Well, it was built by the first (and maybe only?) Mandalorian jedi, so it kind of belonged to them.

Technically for kids, but definitely marketed at 20/30 somethings.

Also, keep in mind they kept producing TPM stuff up until they released AotC stuff. They had to make shelf space for the new product and the new card back.

As @JJH_BATMAN pointed out, he’s Beilert Valance from the Target Vader miniseries.

My guess is he’s probably the analogue of the Bounty Hunter Han faced off with on Ord Mantell, Skorr . I mean they share some features, (but this guy got the Marvel Cinematic treatment).
