She shrugged from where she was leaning against the wall, finishing the bite of food. She’d taken a few rations she’d found in the shipment, realizing it had been a while since she’d had a full meal herself. Better to let the prisoner stew for a little bit before bringing him some food.

Not much. I called his crew cowards for leaving him here to die. Turns out his Riduur was with them. Didn’t go over well. Besides that, he didn’t let slip much besides what I already know. He thinks Kyr’tsad will take over Mandalore. I’m going to go bring him some food in a bit, see if I can get him to crack. Or at the very least confirm for me that their Kom’rk fled to Carlac.

Darien's face hardens as he thinks about his wife, his hatred of Death Watch conflicting with his sympathy for the man's situation. He quickly makes up his mind. It's nothing he doesn't deserve. Death Watch killed my parents. I've got friends who lost other cyare'se. It'll be too soon if he ever sees his riduur again.

He turns towards Ge'tal, Now what are we going to do with you? You got anywhere to go? Anywhere we should drop you off?

Cade leaned closer to Maya, linibar Gaa'tayl ti ibac vod'ika?

Not yet ,” Maya said, with a shake of her head. “ Fanatics aren’t easy to interrogate anyway. Let me finish trying to crack him first. If he won’t budge, you’re welcome to have a go at him. He made a mistake by mentioning his Riduur. Gives me something to use against him if my suspicions are correct.

Cade leans back, No problem vod'ika.. and settles back into conversation with Kara, the two of them murmuring and occasionally laughing softly.. Kara had a datapad in her hands, making notes from time to time..

Leaving the others to their conversations, Maya made her way back over to the cell. As she came into the area she held up up the food and water she’d brought, closing the door behind her. “Got you some food and water from the shipments. Couldn’t find any Ne’tra Gal in it, but you probably already knew that.”

She walked over to the cell and headed over to where she’d tied him to one of the bars, ensuring that he was still secure. Better to double check then be sorry later. The others were just a shout away but Maya had always played things safe.

With that out of the way she opened the cell and set down the food on one of the benches, before turning to him. “ I’m going to remove your helmet for you so you can eat. Try anything, and you can go without food. I don’t want to be cruel, so please don’t force my hand. Understood?

"Not unless I get new orders," she replies.

Vor'e. I won't try anything. He gestures with his hands, still tied behind his back, Can you let at least one of my hands out though?

You don't have a home, or some home base we can take you to?

"Sure I do," she replies. "But, I go where the action is."

“I’ll untie you, once I’m out of the cell. You can eat with the binders on. Don’t mistake my kindness for stupidity.”

Maya moved to him carefully, keeping an eye out for any sudden movements, then lifted the helmet off of his head before setting it on the bench beside him.

With that out of the way she headed out of the cell and locked it behind her. Moving to where she’d tied him, she untied the rope she’d used and slid it out of the cell, allowing him free roam of the cell and the food and water she’d provided.

Just now, Tramp Graphics said:

If the rest of the team is fine with it, he glances around the table, would you like to join us? We seem to get plenty of action. He grins, indicating the bandage wrapped around his torso and shoulder.

He nods gratefully and starts eating. Cautiously, but you can tell he's quite hungry.

"Works for me."

Vode? Are we all agreed?

Kara and Cade raise their cups in salute, Kaab jate, olarom Kara says.

Falmok gives Ge'tal a nod, and salutes with his glass.

Maya gave him a few minutes to work on his food before addressing the Kyr’tsad member and resuming her work. “ Have you considered what I said before? About your Vod?

He paused, with the food halfway to his mouth, and set it down. Elek. What are you suggesting?

We let you go. I’ll fix the wiring I pulled out of your helmet, you get your beskar’gam back, and you can go get your Vod and Riduur. You take them, you get out of Kyr’tsad before things get worse. I don’t much care what you do after that. ” She trailed off, waiting to see how he reacted to that. It was probably more then he was expecting, though she doubted he’d agree just yet. Best to hold the more important things back until she could gauge his reaction.

His brow furrows as he thinks it over. And what do you get out of this?

You’ll need to answer my questions of course. I want you to understand that I don’t disagree that the Pacifists need to go, only the way that Kyr’tsad is going about it. Bombing buildings and monuments is just going to make them more bitter. More oppositional. Last time we had a division like this Mandalore was nearly destroyed. We aren’t enemies. I don’t want things to get worse. I want Mandalore to be one again. Help me, and I’ll help you keep your Vod, your Riduur, and yourself alive. That’s a better deal then anyone else would offer you, I’d wager.

He’d nearly finished the food she’d given him, and Maya had planned ahead for this. Pulling it off her belt, she held another ration pack up to the bars, just within his reach. An olive branch.

He sits quietly for a moment, then reaches out to take it. He sighs, What do you get out of this?

As I said. I want Mandalore to be whole again. If you find me disingenuous allow me to explain.

She moves back to sit against the wall, facing the cell. “ As I mentioned before, Kyr’tsad dropped a building on me when I was younger. I lost my leg. The use of my hands. Worse yet, I lost my parents.

We want the same thing. A return. The pacifists are dar’manda. But blowing up neverd isn’t the way. There’s no ijaat in it. They need to be shown that their ways are wrong, not bullied into changing.

One could argue that it worked. You are now Mando'ad, or trying to be, are you not? If Death Watch can force you to take up the old ways in response to us, then have we succeeded? He seems to ask this last question to himself, unsure of how he really feels about all this.

So you are just going to let me go? With just my word that I'll get ner vod bal riduur and leave Kyr'tsad? He eyes you suspiciously for a moment, And the rest of your team has agreed to this? The one in ne'tra didn't seem like he'd be as magnanimous as you.
