That probably would be when they are being "stored" for efficiency, rather than kept in humane conditions though.

Cade and Kara would definitely want to sell the YV... The C-ROC has potential.. Cargo ship/ mobile base.. Bounty storage.. decent backup for space battles.. especially with an expanded team.

(if we make a habit of ...reallocating ships, we should either strip components / sell them and use the resources/credits to upgrade Solus and c-roc.)

From what I see, the YV is worth around 240,000... that would make a very decent payday, plus what we get for the Ranger contract..

Depends on how good a job you do of selling it.

Is there a spec on the YV? can't seem to find one in EotE... although I'm guessing Friends Like These, would..

Also, I underestimated its size, it's a Sil 5.

I've set up a ship sheet for the Slaver's Claw. The as-yet un-renamed YV-865. I added the sheet for the Slaver's Claw and the Cat's Thorn to the "group resources" section of the first OOC post.

Anything you want to do en route, or just skip the hyperspace time?

I think skipping the transit time will be fine.. Pretty much patching up Cade, Darien could see if Chubbo could repair the Solus' crit, Falmok and Jorn could do the same with Thorn.

Once out of hyperspace; Dock the three ships together. Solus - Claw - Thorn. Then the Ranger transports can dock to the Thorn.

Captives will pass through the ships, and Darien, Kara (and Cade?) will follow to inspect the YT and then C-ROC and take inventory of the two new ships. (cargo/weapons, ect..)

If possible, strip the weapons and grapple assembly from Claw for possible upgrades to Solus.

Rename Claw and Thorn, sell Claw to raise funds for upgrades.

(We could run Thorn as an NPC most of the time, Following the Team on missions running Legitimate cargo to job sites, then act as expanded Bounty holding / heavy backup as needed.)

Okay, if Kara is going to try a Medcheck to heal wounds, it'll be hard difficulty. Healing critical injuries is injury difficulty+1 (because you don't have the medkit), but if you fail, since Falmok has a better dice pool, I'll allow him to try again, rather than having to wait out the usual time.

I'll have Chubbo try to fix Solus. Average difficulty to fix the crit: Repairing Critical Hit: 2eP+2eA+2eD 1 failure, 1 advantage, 2 Triumph

Hmm... He doesn't fix the crit, but he hardens your circuitry and increases your Soak against Ion weapons by 2. He also repairs 1 System Strain.

I messed that up. I also messed up which crit you had. It was a component hit that has a difficulty of Easy. Removing either die would leave you with Success, so you succeed and with the Triumph he'll heal 1 Hull Trauma. With the Advantage, he'll also heal your remaining system strain

By the way, I added a Setback for the CUV, but they have access to the tools on board the C-ROC, which add 1 Threat. Since the Setback from the CUV added 1 Setback, it all comes out even.
