Technically? Yes. Practically? Not really. You'd have to pass a Daunting medcheck and you can only attempt it once, meaning if you fail, he inevitably dies. Better to just narrate him as saying his last words as he dies in a pool of his own blood. I'm not going to bother rolling a bunch of crits.
