Because he is wielding what amounts to a quarterstaff, I'd say you can't cuff him as you'd have to pull his hands together.

If you want to use blast Knuckles or your Beskad, the difficulty is Average with 1 Setback, but a Boost because he is prone.

Nope, It's a repurposed magnaguard staff, so it is cortosis-plated (immune to Sunder).

That could work. Same difficulty of check, but if you're just going for the weapon, if you get 3 Success or Advantage I'll say you succeed it knocking it out of his hands. If you also want to damage him, it would cost a Triumph or 3 Advantage.

If you are just punching him (you've got blast knuckles on both hands, right?), I'll let that count as dual-wielding, so you increase the difficulty by one, and if you succeed, you can spend 2 Advantage to hit a second time.
