There are no other weapons, but based on how their stats are set up, I'm ruling that having a second gunner provides 1 Upgrade.

As a pilot he can maneuver the ship, accelerate/decelerate, angle shields, or scan the enemy. Those are the ones he has a decent chance of doing successfully or are Maneuvers, the others are fire discipline, slice enemy systems, jamming, or damage control.

Can Darien try to shore up the shields?

(slice enemy systems? like a little Wrath of Kahn, and lower the Marauders shields? :D )

Slicing is a Hard Computers check, so his dice pool would be 2 Ability, 3 Difficulty.
Shoring up the shields, either a Hard Mechanics check to increase defense, or angle deflector shields (Maneuver) to adjust 1 die of shields (i.e. move the 1 point of shields from you rear zone to your front zone).

Do you need the stats for the C-ROC?

The Marauder is a whole 50 meters longer than the CR-90.

What does Fire Discipline do?

I tried googling it but couldn't get it

Success adds 1 Boost to the next combat check made with ship weapons. Hard Discipline or Leadership check, 2 additional Success grants it to a second crewmember, and 3 Advantage can be used to inflict 1 System Strain in addition to regular damage.
