@RuusMarev, anything you want to post for C&K, or should I move on and post the next step?

I thought about if I wanted or needed to have them post.. but I can't think of anything at the moment, they aren't exactly being paid on this part, and family members are on site...it seems ok for them to leave, or have you do the next post :)

@RuusMarev, so you're having Falmok and Arno go straight there?

Then the others will try to meet them at the location?

The first two will get there in a few minutes ("rounds") affected by an Average Athletics check (each) if you want to really hurry, then the other three will get there in roughly twenty minutes.

What if they jetpack it?

It'll take a little less time, but it'll still take a while. Ten minutes ("rounds").

Note that I am completely disregarding the Range Band-distance guidelines in the CRBs because the numbers are ludicrously high. (super-sonic AT-ATs)

I assume the police took their speeder back...

Yes. Yes they did.

hmph.. jerks...

If you want to try and get there fast, have Falmok roll an Average Athletics (and I'll do the same for Arno). On jetpacks, it'll take Cade, Kara, and Ge'tal about 10 minutes (20 was via calling a cab or hijacking a vehicle), but I don't think Ge'tal has a jetpack so it'd still take her 20 minutes.

Ugh.. probably better to keep everyone together.. Cab I quess... (really need to acquire bikes or a skiff....hmm maybe a docking clamp for a small skiff on the exterior of Solus? )

Falmok Athletics: 1eA+2eP+2eD 3 successes, 1 threat, 1 Triumph

oooohh!

That'd look pretty funky and I'm not sure how well it'd work (it's also not unlikely to get shot off in a space fight). Perhaps while she's back on Vorpa'ya, Maya can custom build a speeder that can fit up in Solus's cargo bay. I'll look into proportions and stuff for that, if you're interested. It'd take up a lot of your cargo capacity.

He gets there in just three rounds. Take a Strain for the Threat, and what would you like for the Triumph?

You could use it to help Arno get there faster.

sounds good.

As for the speeder/skiff, it might have to be with Liberator after it's modifications. (I have some ideas in regards to configuration and possible variations... One of which might be good for Solus)

Athletics: 2eA+2eD 3 failures, 2 advantage
a-a-a.pnga-s.pngd-f-f.pngd-f-f.png

With your Triumph, he'll still cut off one round and reach the location one round behind you.

Go ahead and post IC, I'll pick up when you stop moving (real back alley joint. Windows are shuttered, and the door's sliding metal). You can stop either having just opened the door, just outside the door, or at Short range from the door.

Oh, and go ahead and roll initiative as well. You aren't (necessarily) entering combat immediately, but this'll give the encounter more structure.

Arno: Initiative: 1eP+1eA 3 successes
p-s.pnga-s-s.png

1 Strain for Rapid Reaction = 4s

I'll do the NPCs in a minute...

Falmok Initiative: 3eP 3 successes, 2 advantage
p-s.pngp-s-a.pngp-s-a.png

@RuusMarev, wait, nothing's been shot up.

And I thought you were going on foot? That was what the Athletics check was for, otherwise it would've been Piloting (Planetary). No matter, the pools are pretty similar. I'll just roll the extra dice for Arno's Piloting (Planetary): forgot a die: 1eP+1eA 2 successes, 1 advantage
p-s-s.pnga-a.png

Still fails, so no change.

oh... ok, I thought that was an odd roll :D (so they were running a marathon to the bar? :D :D )

My idea was that they were only about a block over and so were sprinting to get there.

Klatooinian: Initiative (Cool): 2eP+1eA 4 successes, 1 advantage, 1 Triumph
p-tr.pngp-s-s.pnga-s-a.png

Black Sun Thugs: Initiative (Cool): 1eA 0 successes, 2 advantage
a-a-a.png

Kymber: Initiative (Vigilance): 1eP+2eA 4 successes, 1 advantage
p-s-a.pnga-s.pnga-s-s.png

Wow, hot rolls for the NPCs this time.

Initiative order:

1) Klatooinian 4s1a1T (free maneuver in first round of combat, if combat breaks out)
2) Kymber 4s1a
3) Arno 4s
4) Falmok 3s2a
5) Black Sun Thugs 2a

@RuusMarev, the place isn't shot up.

I figured if it was as seedy as you described, past shoot outs might have left some makes... I didn't intend for it to be fresh damage... :) ( i removed it though)

Ah, that makes sense. However, (as I aptly demonstrated :P) the timing is a bit confusing. Thanks for editing it.

Arno is a round behind you. What's your plan from here?

@RuusMarev, Arno is about a round behind Falmok. Are you going to wait for him? What's your plan from here?

As a heads up, I'm keeping track of time, so a single round may or may not have an effect, depending on what's going on inside (that you don't know about).

In that case... I guess Falmok better head in to at least see what the situation is..
