Yeah, quite possibly.

There is not (unless you have a specific talent, but I think it only applies to Mechanics), but in this case it doesn't really matter.

Depending on how you want to approach this, here's the mechanical data:

Kara/Vhal are at Long range as the crow flies, but counting it as difficult terrain to walk. (takes twice as many Move Maneuvers)

Ge'tal is at Medium range.

Xin will be in the bank in a round, if he's coming for Cade he'll be at the office in two.

Yeah, but not easily. You'd need to have enough time and space to make a Hard Skulduggery check, twice to get through both sets of doors.

Each set of doors is double (like an airlock). There are two guards inside each vestibule.

The windows are the sort designed to stop blaster fire, so jumping through them isn't going to work all that well.
