Okay, what's your range? Were you tailing them? On jetpack, roof, or what? If jetpack, you can get the drop on them pretty easily, just take a Maneuver and pick your range. No Defense or Adversary.

You can only crit minions once, but yes. They are all dead.

Wait, you'd spend two of those Advantage for a hit with the second weapon, meaning you'd deal 14 twice with a crit on top of that, right? Either way, they're all dead.

Nope, everything seems to be running smoothly, but it looks like ownership of the building at least has changed hands. As to how many of the assets are still inside, you don't know.
