Can Kara turn off any lockout Gorka had in place for the throne room and other areas that Maya couldn't access from the Security room... So that Maya can now "see" whats happening with the team, find out whats through Gorka's escape route, ect...

Gorka's escape route is bare bones. Just a lift and a short hallway, no cameras or any other rooms.

There aren't any "treasure rooms" or bits of tech lying around, but (with the Advantage) there is a hidden compartment near Gorka's dais. When opened, they find a large blaster pistol built for Hutt use. It is impractical for use by non-Hutts.

They are very illegal. You'd have some people giving you a wide berth, law enforcement here isn't exceptionally likely to get involved unless you run afoul of the Republic garrison, but law enforcement (especially customs) elsewhere is going to give you a pretty hard time, confiscating it at the very least.
