Ah. I generally abbreviate it (TRoS). I have yet to rewatch it, so I'm not sure. However, the CR90 is only about 150 meters long.

Right, and the C-ROC, which is smaller, about the size of a 747... but in RoS, the CR90 looks to be around that size..

Well, the sequel trilogy isn't known for keeping continuity with the OT. ![]()
I'm going to have to put my foot down, at least for a while, on ship size for the main party ship. Having Liberator as a mobile base is fine, but a capital ship (sil 5+) isn't something I want to run on a regular basis and it has some narrative difficulties as well as mechanical that makes a sil 4 ship easier for these sorts of stories.

I brought it to the attention of Imperial Advisor Arem, just to see what he thinks.. (I'm not going to push for one, I'm just curious about the size of them and what crew might be required )
If we didn't already have Liberator, I would probably go with a non-canon ship that would work better than other options.
Alright, to get back on topic, how do you want to handle the hallway? 3 doors to the left, 1 door to the right, door to Gorka's place straight ahead.
Is Maya able to lock down the doors?
(Or maybe Maya can tell what might be inside? If they are guards, probably better to deal with them later if needed..once Gorka is dead, they might not be a problem, since they won't be paid anymore.
If they are slaves...Cade and Kara can liberate them..)

Yes, on her initiative slot. @ShockHelix, that'd be Average (2eD).

Yes, there is a camera in the room to the right. It's the guards barracks of sorts with 8 guards visible, lounging around. Dice, cards, whatever. Sidearms only. Are you bypassing the doors? If so, please go ahead and post IC (feel free to voice Darien as necessary, and you can include the information from Maya) and then I'll take over once you're opening the door into Gorka's room.

Ok. Let's lock down the Guard Lounge. If there isn't anything worthwhile in there, we can leave them alone.
The other doors dont have surveillance? Is there any signage identifying the contents?

You're waiting for Maya to go, then?
The other doors do not have surveillance, and there is no signage identifying the contents.
Door Locks: 1eP+4eA+2eB+2eD 2 successes, 3 advantage

Easy enough. Not sure what to do with the advantage though.
How about they don't notice that the door locked.

Sounds good to me!

If you've got the time, please go ahead and narrate telling the group to hold up while you seal the door.
Initiative rolls:
Gorka: Initiative: 5eA+2eS 4 successes, 2 advantage

Kymber: Initiative: 1eP+2eA+2eS 1 success, 1 advantage, 1 Triumph

(Free Maneuver, run away)
Guard: Initiative: 2eA 0 successes, 2 advantage
Guard: Initiative: 2eA 1 success, 1 advantage
Initiative order:
1. Gorka 4s2a
2. Falmok 3s2a
3. Kara 3s1a
4. Darien 2s2a
5. Cade 1s2a
6. Kymber 1s1a1T
7. Guard 1s1a
6. Ge'tal 3a
7. Maysh'la 2a
8. Guard 2a
@RuusMarev, Falmok is up. Gorka has raised a shield that provides 1 armor to those on the other side. Passing through the shield is an option, but the character will take 4 strain. The blast shield will lower at the end of the round. The guards are in front of the shield, Kymber is on the opposite side of the room at the other door.
..It's been a while.. but did Kymber piss us off? Cade might let her go..maybe.. or she might turn out to be alright, like our Pyke 'friend'..

Sort of...
Here's the start of the contentious part of the conversation:
Ok.. most of that is them playing 'Bad Mando, Nasty Mando"...
From what I remember, shes professional and we've been intimidating her the whole time.. ![]()
Falmok: how strong is the energy shield? would it stand up to the jetpack rockets? And where is the blast shield coming down? (I assume we'll all make sure we're on the Gorka side in a bit.)
(Did that slug know we were coming?
did you tell him GM? )

It provides 1 Armor, but I'll rule that the rockets can ignore it, though the attack gets 2 Setback. The blast shield is just in front of the energy shield.

He may have anticipated it, but he just rolled very well on initiative. ![]()
... what would happen if Falmok jetted to the boarder of the shield, leaned in and fired that rocket? would the shield contain the blast, causing an Over Pressure? 😄 😄 😄
I'd rule that it automatically triggers blast, so he'd take 4 strain for passing through the shield and then a Blast hit with Breach 1. Soo... you probably want to keep your distance.
Currently at Short range from everything in the room.
Edited by P-47 Thunderboltwell.. he wouldn't stay in the shield if he can avoid it.. like rush in, fire rocket, jet back. like the Hit and Run action... which nobody currently has.. T_T

If he had Hit and Run, I might allow it, but he doesn't so no. It would have to be Maneuvers.
Darn, ok. (just to make sure, if he fires it at the shield, causes Blast... are we far enough away to not be hit by it?)
Just now, RuusMarev said:Darn, ok. (just to make sure, if he fires it at the shield, causes Blast... are we far enough away to not be hit by it?)
Yes. It only extends to Engaged range, and even if it didn't, the shield would block it.
