Already cooking up a plan for the next morning. 2k credits isn't too big a deal if we can get that 300k. Considering Maya is familiar with the tech, how easy would it be for her to make just a durasteel Mandalorian helmet? Part of me was considering waiting to ambush Valek after he leaves the casino, but trying to force him to give the authorization probably isn't the best route to take, especially with my luck. Not to mention I'm at 9 strain now.
Sounds like Valek could use some.... enlightenment....

What for, exactly? Basically a prop, or an actual working helmet? For the former, I'd say a couple hours with no check required.

A prop, more or less. Low-tech version, without all the bells and whistles that a proper helmet would have. More about the appearance. Keep the story consistent. Basically in the morning I want her and Darien to go back to the bank in the morning, looking scuffed like they've been in a fight. We'll leave Ge'tal behind under the guise she was killed, and bring along a helmet I'll have Maya paint in the style of the Death Watch, as well as spend the credits for a 'simple tool' that can interfere with a Sabacc game at a distance with computers. I'll hand the device over to Valek, display the helmet, and between all of that, hopefully be convincing enough for him to accept my 'apology' about the accusation of him cheating.
