It's ok.. Cade might even part with a bottle.. Cade and Kara don't have the same reaction to Death Watch as the others.. Death Watch are terrorists and wrong in their actions against other mandos.. but they dont hate them the way Darien, Falmok and Maya do.... Thorned Circle on the other hand....

@ShockHelix, please make a Hard (Upgraded once) Charm check with a Setback and a Boost so I can gauge his reaction to you. (of course you can modify it with whatever talents are applicable)

Hmmm. Since I failed he’s still going to be uncooperative of course, but since we were previously talking about his crew can I use the 3 advantage to have him slip up and unintentionally mention where they were going? Doesn’t cover any of her earlier questions but it would be a nice side piece of info.

They were on a cargo run. From the information retrieved previously, you know they came from Carlac.

The Charm check was to gauge his reaction to you, not so much about what information you got out of him. Is there something you'd like on that front? I'm thinking that he'll still be somewhat uncooperative, but he'll be more vulnerable/open when discussing his family, possibly willing to make a deal in regards to them.

Alright, who's waiting on what? What information is needed, what loose ends need to be tied up, etc. I'm trying to wrap up the session, but want to make sure everything is covered.

After we're done on Denova, there's taking Maya back to Vorpa'ya* and then possibly putting in at Cade's friends repair shop since Dar's trying to steer clear of Vorpa'ya till he's recovered. Once we've wrapped up on Denova, it'll be pretty much all narrative and RP until the start of the next session, part of which will be figuring out to do next.

Basically want to give it an hour or so before Maya heads back to the prisoner, so if anyone else was going to do anything in that time, I’m just waiting to see if anyone else is going to get up to anything before we leave.

Ah. I wasn't going to post anything about that IC, I took it for granted that they'd follow through. You may treat it as such IC. I had no intentions of voicing them, I pictured it as you just calling them up to notify them of things, or occasionally you'd get an assignment. Aside from getting my approval for actions on their part, you can voice them if they need to be voiced (with possible exceptions).

Galactic coordinates. ?You can come up with some jumbled numbers if you need surface coordinates.

Nah. Though it was Planetary coordinates Ge’tal needs to forward, I don’t need to role-play it out. I’m sure they already had the Galactic coordinates otherwise Ge’tal wouldn’t have made it to the planet. 😝

Okay, if Ge'tal is done, does anyone else have anything they want to do/narrate before leaving? If not, Ruus, you can go ahead and narrate departure. ShockHelix, any further interrogation can be done in transit, it doesn't have to happen while still on the planet. Liberator will be here in a few hours to pick up the rest of the stuff.

Rather than trying to calculate it all out and requiring checks, I'll grant a windfall of 40,000 credits. Between commissions, bulk prices, and expenses, I think that's a fair amount.

I think @ShockHelix was going to blow up the base as we leave.. so I thought Liberator would have to load and leave before that happened...( I would've been more active in IC, but holiday prep and the kid's birthday killed my weekend :D )

Oh yeah, I understand. And trying to balance Christmas prep with posting can be hard. Between sweaty feet, a slick basement floor, strands of Christmas lights, and ShockHelix's frequent posting, I nearly died a couple times on Saturday! :D

I've had a chance to google up a "shopping list" for the cache.. (not a whole lot of +boost 😢 )

Melee: Balanced Hilt, Custom Grip, Magnetic Weapon Tether.

Ranged: Augmented Spin Barrel (is there a pistol option on this?), 'any kind of targeting assist'?

Armor: Custom Fit, Enhanced Optics Suite..

I'm gonna say that the attachments like "Balanced Hilt" have to be too tailor made to be able to get it from the raided shipment.

Augmented Spin Barrel isn't compatible with carbines, only rifle+. For pistols, the closest comparison is the Blaster Actuating Module, which increases damage by one and adds a Setback to checks to fire it. You can get those from the raided shipment

Mag tether is something I am not familiar with. I assume it allows you to retrieve a weapon from Short range as an incidental? (coincidentally, I came across someone who used one in a PbP I was scanning today) I'd say it is in the shipment.

As far as targeting assistance, feel free to suggest any sight. These are just the ones I have access to: Built-in blaster sight (removes Setback from Called Shot), Sorosuub True-site system (Aim as an incidental once per round at Short range, mod to add Accurate 1), Multi-Optic Sight (removes 2 Setback due to effects obstructing vision, 2 mod to add Perception skill+1), Telescopic Optical Sight reduces difficulty at Long/Extreme range by 1.

@ShockHelix, please go ahead and make a Hard Charm check with 2 Boosts.
