Cade attacking goons.

You obliterate one of them.

Kara will shoot at the other..two more right?

Falmok's micro missles, would they be effective against the exposed roof goons?

There is only one other in the group, Falmok doesn't have an angle on the guys on the roof yet because you are so close to the wall. He does have a stun grenade though, and that would work (Easy with 4 Setback [2 for cover, 2 for concealment]).

If Kara shoots, it is still upgraded because you are still engaged with her target.

ok

What would she have to roll against?

Falmok grenade toss...

: 3eA+4eS+1eD 1 failure, 3 advantage
a-a.png a-a-a.png a-a.png s--.png s-f.png s--.png s--.png d-th.png

You can trigger Blast with the 3 Advantage, dealing 8 damage to the targets.

Her difficulty would be Easy (upgraded once) with 1 Boost.

(Good, better than no damage)

so, if i read "upgrade" in core correctly, 1eD is turned into 1eC correct?

yes.

Kara vs. Ground Goon

: 1eA+2eP+1eB+1eC 1 success, 4 advantage

Ooo! You can use 2 of those Advantage to trigger a crit and take him out. What do you want to spend the other 2 Advantage on (Boost to specific person, Boost to next person [1 remaining Advantage], free maneuver)? Were you using stun, or live rounds?

Falmok still has 1-2 maneuvers left, do you want him to start running up the fire escape?

Using live rounds, I would think the teams patience is very thin...

(all ground goons neutralized, correct?)

Falmok: how many maneuvers will it take to get to the roof? (he would of course use the ledge as cover)

All ground goons have been neutralized.

It would take him 4 maneuvers to reach the roof (Medium range, difficult terrain).

Darien is going to try to grapple one of the goons off the roof:

Maneuver: Aim

Action: Whipcord at one of the goons: Grappling the goon : 2eP+1eA+1eB+1eD+2eS 0 successes, 4 advantage
p-s-a.png p-s-a.png a--.png b-a-a.png d--.png s-f.png s-f.png

I added 2 Setback I shouldn't have, I forgot that they were out of cover (and concealment doesn't apply on melee attacks), so that result was actually 2 Success, 4 Advantage.

He does 6 damage, triggers Ensnare (2 Advantage), and pulls the goon off the roof (2 Advantage).

The goon can't make a falling damage save roll because he is Ensnared.

I'm starting to think about changing tactics.. Is Falmok still on the ground?

(****, that whipcord is nice!)

Unless you want him to start running up, he is still on the ground.

I'm thinking about having him assist Cade and withdrawing.. (grabbing a shattergun or two if able.. those would be nice )

How do you mean? Stimpacks? (also, scattergun, not shattergun, they aren't that well equipped. Basically a shotgun)

I'm worried those two groups will cause more damage than Fal could dish out... But if Kara can get to the ship.. the team would have the high ground.. and i'm tempted to land on these hut'uun.

What are you going to do with Falmok's remaining maneuvers? You could stimpack Cade?

Yes, then get out of the alley.. back to the ship.

(I'm guessing police aren't much of a thing since we haven't had a visit after all the damage so far..)

Police are a thing, but it's been approximately 2 minutes since the shooting started.

Okay, so you stimpack Cade healing 5 wounds (putting him down too 2 wounds) and now it is the last group's initiative slot.

Please go ahead and IC the remainder of the turns.

Maneuver: Aim
Action: toss another grenade at Falmok (same difficulty as the last attempt): Tossing grenade at Falmok : 1eP+2eA+1eB+1eS 3 successes, 3 advantage
p-s-s.png a-a.png a-s-a.png b-a-a.png s-th.png

Ouch. That hurt. 16 damage with Pierce 3 to Falmok, and 7 damage with Pierce 3 to Cade and Kara. With the remaining Advantage, they'll add a Boost to the next allied check.
