1eA is an ability die (green)

1eP is a proficiency die (yellow)

1eB is a boost die (blue)

1eD is a difficulty die (purple)

1eC is a challenge die (red)

1eS is a setback die (black)

So for a lightsaber attack you might roll something like

3eP+3eA+1eB+2eC+1eP+3eS

For a lightsaber attack against an opponent with 3 ranks of adversary and some decent armor

For the campaign put CW AltU or something to that effect.

Could someone give me a briefing on what's currently going on, so I can get started?

The Jedi ( @Bellona , @RuusMarev , and @MrTInce ) are going to take BARCs with sidecars to destroy a couple bridges.

The clones ( @ShockHelix , @me) are going to blow up a building to block one path and attack a CIS lander to commandeer it and use it to block the fourth path, leaving just one for the droids to go down.

I'd suggest you read through the last few IC and OOC pages to get a more complete idea of the situation, but this is the gist of it.

Yes for the last 5 or so hours... your hyperdrive sled got blown up so you couldn't jump out after the republic fleet was forced to withdraw, and you've been evading droid star fighters since then and you need to punch through to get to the republic garrison

Jedi knights are usually generals in the GAR. (Padawans are commanders.)

I'm buying the Side By Side talent (20 xp) on the Knight tree for Mireska.

The MediaFire character sheets are not yet updated (that will probably take a day or two).

I'm having a sudden bout of indecision, and will update this post and the MediaFire/SWSheets when I recover from the indecisiveness.

You need to add your Force powers to your version of Shin Ethan on SWSheets. (IIRC, they're listed in the PDF version of the original Shin Ethan.)

@jhh3 I'm impressed with how your build is playing yes I designed it (with input from @Von3679 , my prefernce was for padawan survivor over padawan) but I haven't played this particular build personally yet so seeing it in action is still a new experience. The performance has been extremely impressive but you've been spending strain like mad. 2 Extra maneuvers, 4 reflect, -3 strain recovered by spending advantage. A strain threshold of 17 is certainly respectable but it seems that's the weakest part of the build. You should prioritize picking up the ebb/flow basic power and the strength upgrade. Basically every check where you're doing something (not just mental) you add your force dife to (if you were already adding them you do NOT get to add them twice) and you get to spending up to 2 white pips for an equal amount of strain recovery for every check, it'll cost you 20 xp total to get both the basic power and the strength upgrade (you'd get a 5 xp deduction if you waited until you had down time, but I think you might need it before then) You currently have 10 xp unspent, which is enough to spontaneously learn the ebb/flow basic power (spend 1 pip to gain 1 strain per check) and I'd recommend that. Monday may 4th you'll have another 5 xp, and the week after you'll be able to by the strength upgrade. If you already had the basic power (which you could have) you'd have 3 more strain available at the moment (you'd be at 10/17 rather than 13/17 right now).

One quick question: if Ethan has the Balance, Force Rating, and Dedication talents from the Knight tree, then where are the Researcher (x2), Sense Emotions, and Will of the Force talents on his SWSheets character sheet? That's 45 points of unlisted talents.

The swsheets is not complete, I'm using oggdude sheet with mediafire link on the first page of the ooc thread, the oggdude sheet is slightly out of date (it doesn't have the 3 new ranks o refkect), also the padawan cwaltu spec hasn't been updated but he doesn't have either of the affected talents, and the xp on the sheet is obviously incorrect (60 to low).

When I say I'm using, it's use is to advise a new to the game player on how to use his character.

Because everyone posted MULTIPLE posts in the ic thread this week and because monday is may the 4th be with you, you will all get 10 xp rather than 5 xp on monday may the 4th be with you
