2 Ranks of surgeon mean he heals 2 Wounds

Surgeon only triggers on a Successful check.

Okay then... looks like the rebel scum dies, filling me with courage (gain a boost on next check)

Apologies for the misunderstanding. Den has already vociferously shaken off medical attention. This was actually intended to be a Knwledge:Medicine check; does not matter so much, as it failed. The Advantage can add a Boost to Den’s opposed Vigilance check, which he’s just now finding out about.

@Rabobankrider Make a Vigilance check with a Boost, vs 2eC.

@P-47 Thunderbolt Lucky Luks, the deranged Duros, was randomly targeted by the morph. It was almost Hale.

He'd already been having a terrible day... it's only fair. :D

So are we out of structured time again.

Depends on what everyone is doing.

Well the inquisitor would like to get people to surrender.

Sorry for the delay: Den Vigilance Check : 2eA+1eB+2eC 2 failures, 2 advantage

@Edgehawk Can I narrate giving Hale a sling for his arm? It should be standard equipment in a medpack.

Absolutely!

The creature relaxes its grip upon Luks, and may be removed without a check (and without any further stirrings) following its reflex attack.

@Edgehawk , is the damage Den takes before or after soak.

Unmodified for Soak.

I don't know how much time I have, but first I should treat Luks' critical injury, then a universal first aid for everyone. I have stimpacks if we have no time for another medicine check.

It is a Hard Medicine check for the Crit, to stabilize Den’s leg. Again, this can “save” the leg for now, but will actually require more time, in a hospital setting, to truly heal.

@Rabobankrider Would you like Evon to treat Den's leg now?

Legit if you say no, from RP :)

@Rimsen , he will begrudgingly accept help (his pride is more wounded than his body), but if the rebel doctor comes near he will not be accepting help, he's still convinced they're behind all this

For Crits like Maimed and Crippled, I’m permitting the checks to be made now, stabilizing/saving the limbs for further healing later (without the need for further checks, of course). It will take more time, probably a combination of surgery and Bacta, to truly be good as new (and reap the mechanical benefits of the successful med checks healing the crits).

I intend to keep the limb repair/replace option up to the player, as in the case of Evon’s eye (where the choice was given).

Speaking OOC, how do you wish to proceed? I’m prepared to hand wave the exoskeletal supports I mentioned IC, to allow Luks and Hale to function in the short term; otherwise, it will require a withdrawal, and some time for medical care and healing.

I'd like to take a step back and come at this again, fresh.

@Rimsen , no worries!

Sorry for Den being awkward, but he is imp or die, and in no way trusts the rebels, especially when he barley trusts doctors as it is

No worries and no apologies necessary!
