They are not mutually exclusive. I’m sure we will see a teaser by Star Wars Celebration, and a longer trailer by Avengers, so @RuusMarev “yes” is correct.

In the new episode, the First Order will pursue the greatest power in the galaxy: marketing. Instead of another Death Star, they'll put a massive mobile base on top of a planet and create a humungous BB Astromech! It'll roll cutely across the galaxy, crushing all who stand in its way while winning the love and loyalty of all others with its adorable antics!
