Congratulations my friend! I feel like they should just have someone drop it off at your house on their way home, you’ve waited so long. And then we should all have a party.
Ours shipped 5 days ago and is supposed to be here tomorrow at long last. It should have arrived yesterday, but true to the saga that so many have experienced with this Mythos pack; even after it finally shipped, I had some tense moments thinking it would not actually get here. When our stuff ships from Asmodee, it always goes Minneapolis-Denver-Salt Lake, to our house. Three stops, 2-3 days max. Dexter, which shipped 2 days after Weaver, followed this pattern. Weaver, on the other hand, went from one sorting facility in Minneapolis, to the main sorting facility in Minneapolis, to a sorting facility in Missouri, (going about 1200 miles in multiple wrong directions to get there) to the main sorting facility in St Louis, where it hung out for a day. That was when I was afraid it would sink into the morass of lost packages, since it’s a place lost packages are sent. We’ve had more than one thing end up there,(even closing docs on a house) never to be seen again. Thankfully instead, it made the 1200 mile journey back north and west to the Salt Lake facility, arriving just a couple of hours ahead of Dexter. So now they are together at last and being delivered tomorrow.
I hope Dexter will put Weaver in his hat for a nap, ‘cause those spiders are pooped!

I pre-ordered from Miniature Market both Weaver and Dexter. On June 6th, on the My Accounts page it stated that my order had shipped and had a USPS tracking number. Went to USPS tracking and it stated it was awaiting the package from MM. On Friday the 12th USPS emailed a notice that my order was in Pre-Shipment. I probably won't be getting it for another 4-5 days. Never again will I pre-order from Miniature Market. And I also e-mailed MM's customer service on Thursday morning and still did not get a response from them.

Yikes! I’m sorry. It’s so frustrating when you’re waiting so long. I wonder if Covid just did a number on everyone’s supply chain. Maybe MM sent out some sort of automated email, but hadn’t actually received the products from FFG yet. It obviously wasn’t all shipped by it’s release date. Generally, we have been super happy ordering through Asmodee, if you want to give them a go. We usually get our preorder a bit before the release date.
With so many products to ship at once and fewer employees to do it, I hope this has been an aberration. I hope now that the backlog has been sent out, they can get back to a more normal rhythm. Good luck, I sure hope it comes this week!

Weaver and Dexter are finally here!! I have never been so excited to see a Mythos pack in my life.

I got my Weaver shipping notice today and Dexter was in the spam bin

Maybe you could get Molly to retrieve him from the spam bin for you.

I finished reading Blood and I think it might be my favorite novella so far. Dex and Molly are a great protagonist team. Also I felt like this was one paced terrifically for the 100 page length. I hope they get Richard Lee Byers to do another sometime in the future.

Great to hear it! I still haven't finished 2 of the originals (Jenny & Carolyn).

Got Weaver on Saturday. Got everything. I really like the art prints from this set.

I also liked Jenny and Carolyn's novellas. I thought they were both fun stories. Jenny's was a more playful and pulpy story considering the side characters. Carolyn's is a nice primer on "Dreaming" in the Arkham Files universe and obviously you get to meet Foolishness. So that alone makes it worth it. With Dex's book they finally delved into what it feels like to be a magic user in Arkham Files (as far as the novellas go). Norman's book never really felt like he was a full on magic user. More that he was an academic making sense of an occult investigation in my opinion. Dex is all in on the occult (he's full on Conviction). I hope they do an Agnes book at some point. She has a very interesting backstory in my opinion.

Dexter arrived. I'll be reading Blood as soon as I finish a book of short stories I'm halfway through.

So far, I think I like Norman’s best. Though Silas’ was also very entertaining. Blood is on my list this week. My husband has already devoured it!

Notably this is the same author as Norman's book Ire.

I'm about 2/3 of the way through Blood of Baalshandor myself (I keep getting distracted by Xenoblade DE) and it's definitely one of my favorites thus far. Haven't decided between this and Silas's yet. I loved Norman's brief little cameo at the beginning of the book.

Just got an email saying that The Blob is shipping soon.

The Blob is officially shipping.

Got my dispatch notification for Blob from gameslore today. Looking forward to a new scenario to try.

Got my copy in hand today. Wondering if I should give it a go solo or wait until I can actually get a decent number of people together. Eh who am I kidding I'll probably give it a go solo before the weekend hits.

We got it yesterday and played it with 4 investigators tonight. It took us 41/2 hours to finish! Very fun, but plan for a long haul...and you will definitely need a shower after, because the ooze is inescapable!

Looks like Return To The Forgotten Age is out tomorrow in the UK (Games Lore seem to have it available now). Still showing as In Production on the Upcoming pages, though.

Ya still no news for it being shipped 😕

My FLGS received their shipment of RtTFA this past Friday, so I guess it's already released in the US, but the Upcoming page needs some updating.

Yes they need to update that page STAT!

They should update it according to when it actually releases, not based on when local retailers receive their stock.
