We are 3 days past release date, and still no sign of either Weaver or Dexter. Our account was charged a week ago, but we still don’t even have tracking info. I am beginning to wonder if it is lost in transit or something. Is anyone else still waiting?

Same here but I pre-ordered it 2-3 weeks ago as a late pre-order so I'm just going to suck it up. My fault for waiting so long to pull the trigger.

I did decide to use Team Covenant subs so I shouldn't have this issue again, as long as the world doesn't decide to get sick again. 😞

Well at least I’m not alone. Asmodee has always been super reliable. I have always received everything about a week before the release date. It must just be all the unrest and catching up.

If it didn’t say “Late Pre-order” when you ordered it, it shouldn’t make any difference to your delivery time. We ordered one of them months ago.

Yeah I got both of my preoders from TC on Friday. To their credit very rarely do they miss a release date and when they do they explain why and try and do their best to make sure it doesn't happen again. Usually when they miss a date it's because of allocation at the distributor.

I suspect the preorders from Asmodee must be effected by all the recent events. Usually they are pretty reliable so it's surprising that they are late on their own release date.

I received Weaver of the Cosmos from Team Covenant today. Still no sign of Blood of Baalshandor, which I ordered in January. I did get emails a week ago indicating that it was shipping soon, but have never received shipping info. Status is still “pending” according to my orders. It’s a difficult time right now and I expect that has an effect on their shipping. Looking forward to getting it when it comes, but it’s certainly hard to get upset about it, given the circumstances.

Dexter & Black Widow arrived on Friday. No sign of Weaver.

We got our first email for both saying it was readying to ship on May 22. Then heard nothing until June 2, when we got another email saying it was readying to ship and the money was withdrawn from out account for both that day. Then nothing until today when we got an email saying Weaver has shipped, but no word on Dexter, (which we actually ordered before Weaver) Asmodee has never shipped to us after the release date before. It always comes the Saturday before the release date, but we also have never had two readying to ship emails either. I think it has to have been a little chaotic for them to get everything out. And I totally get it. Maybe not as many people came back to work as they expected, or they had just too much to get out in a timely way. I’m sure not all small gaming stores are open yet.

I have had a lot of stuff get lost in the delivery process lately, so I sent an email to FFG yesterday, since we had no way to track it, to see if they could determine if that’s what happened. I don’t know if that helped.

Finally got an email this morning saying Weaver of the Cosmos is shipping and should be here Thursday or Friday. Still no word on the Dexter Drake novella.

No word about Dexter for us either.

They cancelled my preorder of the Dexter Novella, which I placed months ago. Doh! Now it says sold out.

I thought the point in pre-ordering was to guarantee a copy on release. Not to pay early so they can sell it to someone else.

What??? I‘m so sorry. I did get a response from my email to FFG today and they said that they are working with a considerably smaller staff and an increase in orders, due to people playing more games at home. So I think there are mistakes and things falling through the cracks. You should definitely contact FFG. Call them if able, because it takes several days to to get a response to emails. An early pre-order should be honored.
Today we got word that our Dexter has shipped, so they had enough to ship ours...

Def try and call them. I did a Late Pre-Order. Like, I ordered mine a few DAYS before preorders would normally ship out (before everything was delayed) and mine shipped out today. Must be a mistake.

I bought Weaver over the counter at my FLGS yesterday.

They have been uncharacteristically disorganized this go around. Especially between the “preparing to ship” and actually “shipping” steps.
I don’t know how helpful this is, but here is the response I got on Tuesday after Weaver or Dexter hadn’t arrived Monday:

The same thing happened to us. Twice! We got a “preparing to ship”for both Weaver and Dexter on May 22. When they didn’t arrive Friday or Saturday, or Monday, I emailed FFG again to find out if they had been lost in the mail or something. It turns out they had never been shipped. Weaver shipped Tuesday, Dexter shipped yesterday.

It seems from so many different people’s similar experiences, that there is some sort of break down between the automated “preparing to ship” notifications and actually physical shipping steps at the Warehouse. I don’t know of it’s a computer glitch, or a human one, but I’m guessing I’d still be waiting for a shipping verification if I hadn’t contacted FFG.

What's extra weird is that I got the "shipping soon" emails almost three weeks ago. But I got multiple emails for every preorder I made (there were four in total: Black Widow, Weaver of the Cosmos, and two copies of Dexter - one was a birthday gift to a friend).

I was so immediately excited and then instantly disappointed when I saw all those emails. For about five glorious seconds I thought they might be shipping out the investigator packs and Return to TFA at the same time, but nah. Just some weird email glitch.

Weaver of the Cosmos arrived in the mail for me today, finally. The Dexter novella should hopefully arrived tomorrow. I received the shipping notices for them one day apart.
