1 ) Both have a 1 hand grip 2 ) Are non-samurai weapons
- If you do so, treat base damage together before applying bonus successes, resistances and other effects
- Use the highest Deadlines of the weapons used
- Add your school rank to the deadliness
Edit : Change to Way of the Mantis
• When you attack, you may attack with 2 readied one handed, non-samurai weapons instead. If you do, select one weapon to be your primary. Use it's statistics for resolving the action.
• Add your school rank to damage and deadliness.
I feel this scales the benefit a little bit better and limits min/maxing weapons for the best quality mixes.
