The stormtroopers pressed the advantage, and the left group of them began laying down suppressing fire as the right group hunkered down, shields still in wall formation.

Stormtroopers firing at Mychal'el, short range, two of them suspended in the air : 4eP+1eA+1eD+3eS 4 successes, 1 threat, 1 Triumph

That'll be 13 damage minus soak—are you using the Reflect talent, @Mychal'el ?

The threat will be used to apply a Setback to the troopers' next check. The Triumph will upgrade the Difficulty of Mychal'el's next check:

Jarash and Maa't saw the withering barrage force the armored Force-user into a defensive posture, causing him to sacrifice maneuverability for survivability. His single silver blade was a blur of dazzling energy, sending red blaster bolts flying indiscriminately in every direction.

Stormtroopers from the rear were closing in fast on the crossways, approaching the Force user from behind with riot batons raised in attack position. It was possible that he wouldn't see them until it was too late!

One of the rear groups of troopers has engaged with Mychal'el, while the other remains at medium range behind him. The other two groups of troopers are still at short range in front of him.

Maa't and Jarash are at medium range from the engagement and long range from there rear group of stormtroopers.

Of course! I also don't want to commit force die to keeping troopers aloft while I'm defending attacks.

Incidental - Reflect Talent (rank 2)

Incidental - stop using Force Move if attacked

As long as you are willing to drop the troopers, the Force dice will be free to use on your next turn.

Maa't sees troopers at long range.

Maa't leaped to the troopers with the force. He didn't reach far enough with the leap so he ran to the troopers and striked.

// I'll need a power check if you want to Force leap! You'll need 2 Force Points.

You'll also need to check your difficulty. Please reroll your dice pool with the appropriate Setback dice and challenge dice as outlined in the first post.//

Maa't had leaped in to engage the stormtroopers, and his mighty swings had left them completely exposed. They fought back, pushing with their batons, but they could not quite break through the Nikto's strong defenses. Maa't parried blow after blow as blaster bolts flew overhead, and the group of troopers in front of Mychal'el took this as an opportunity to swarm the two.

Fighting back to back, the Nikto and the armored fighter were doing great, until Maa't's lightsaber was knocked from his hand. It skittered across the walkway and landed well behind the rear troopers.

Maa't's lightsaber is at short range, in between the rear (ranged) stormtroopers and the melee troopers that Maa't tried to attack earlier.

It's the last turn before the new round...Jarash and Chundarr can act simultaneously, there's no need to wait for each other, so whenever you get a chance @Tramp Graphics @Rakaydos

How close is the nearest storm trooper? Chundarr wants to "smash"!

Are the stormtroopers still at long range from jarash, or have they closed?

// The closest stormtrooper is at extreme range, down the turbolift shaft!

Btw, for now, just consider Tovera to be assisting you in whatever you do... Within reason.//

Chundaar stared at the open shaft, down which Maa't had jumped just moments earlier. It made him slightly queasy just to think about falling that far.

In Chundarr and Tovera's immediate vicinity was a turbolift cluster and what looked to be some sort of computer control center, set apart from the lift structure.

Edited by awayputurwpn

Activate a turbo lift and ride down. Chundarr wants to smash some stormies. All he has are a Force pike and his fists.

//There is still a single group of stormtroopers at long range through all those pipes, and a massive engagement at medium range that you can see clearly.//

The wolfman bounty hunter took a knee, aiming through the sight of his weapon, and pulled the trigger twice.

The crimson bolts streaked toward the melee, over both saber-wielder's shoulders, and dove into the pipework behind them. Stormtroopers further down the corridor flinched, but the shots struck an archway before reaching them.

Before they recovered, though, there was a sudden klaxon. "Hull breach, section overpressure. Sealing." before they could do more than look around- there was no obvous water streaming in- heavy doors meant to seal against pressures far higher than mere vacuum slammed shut. Unlike military blast doors, these had clearly marked overrides for reopening, but would take a few moments to convince the base computer the "breach" was a sensor failure... during which time the stormtroopers would be cut off.

Jarash rose from his crouch, leaning behind another archway to avoid the hail of return fire.

Aim, shot at long range stormtroopers:

5 total advantage. 3 advantage to deny the long range stormtroopers an action next turn. 2 advantage to take a free maneuver into cover.

Blaster bolts returned at Jarash, caroming off of the pipes and arch supports and disintegrating a few glow panels. Further down the walkway, Mychal'el and Maa't were holding their own against a dozen troopers, and the screams of two falling stormtroopers were drowned out by the blasterfire of their remaining comrades who were trying to keep the two Force users pinned down.

With the First order reinforcements cut off, Jarash Reynard dashed foreward, his shots catching the riot-shielded stormtroopers off guard. Two stormtroopers went down, and several reflexively turned to engage him, leaving them open to the jedi in their midst.

The elite soldiers could not be reasoned with as they apparently had no will of their own. One of the suspended troopers desperately shot at the armored figure sending one of his weapons flying down to the lower walkway.

The rest of soldiers opened fire and his remaining blade began to flourish, filling the room with a wall of dancing light and wild bolts of energy.

"Forgive me." He spoke softly as he released the soldiers from his disembodied grasp. They dropped past the walkway and disappeared into the chasm below. The other soldiers didn't seem to flinch as they pressed forward.

Just then, a burly green alien came flying seemingly out of nowhere and intercepted the soldiers. Serving as rearguard to the armored figure, the alien was pulverizing the troopers’ defenses but they continued their assault. Bolts of energy were whizzing past their heads, heating up the air around them.

TURN:

"Who are you? What are you doing here?" He thought out loud, in between breaths.

The armored figure didn't back down against his attackers but vigorously defended himself against the horde with his radiant lightning blade.

As soon as Jarash and Maa't jumped down the turbo lift shaft, Chundarr followed, climbing down level by level. It took longer than expected, but he eventually made it.

Jarash's well-placed shots took out two more of the troopers, sending them tumbling off the edge to join their fallen brothers. This left just two at the front end of the walkway, both of whom kept fighting as if the death around them wasn't happening.

Meanwhile, the baton-equipped stormtroopers pressed in around Maa't and Mychal'el, their weapons whirling in a chaotic rhythm. They brought them crashing down on the two fighters, relentlessly hammering them, while their masked faces exuded an unnerving, emotionless calm. The two kept themselves from being overwhelmed, but this was difficult to do when one was being attacked by a dozen armored foes.

Yes

2 strain

Maa't easily fended off the blows, his brawny arms shunting one hit after the other to either side. But then he grabbed a baton as if to yank it out of a trooper's hands, and a powerful electrical charge was delivered to Maa't, sending him into momentary convulsions and throwing him back off the trooper

(6 Advantage—Stun 5 x2, Disorient 2. Maa't takes 10 strain , no soak applied, and is Disoriented for 2 rounds)
