You think so? It seems pretty close to me... a little large maybe, but not more than 10-15%.

EDIT: I guess you're right... the AT-AT is listed at 22.5m tall, about 2/3 of which is legs. That means that the portion we see in the picture should be between seven and eight meters. Unless the figures are Squibs or Ewoks, it's about 50% too big. Good catch.

I think so. But... I dunno. I found this image that maybe puts it in a better scale.

Still, I do love the composition of the one 2P51 posted. And I love that someone has made a downed (or abandoned) AT-AT into a store or home.
