I'm actually pretty happy for the IA guys. they could really use this announcement. unlike us, where there is 0 chance of X-wing being axed, IA has been up in the air since legion.

Saw and Reaper have been "at the printer" for almost a month.... we will surely get something really quick right? or at least a status update on the upcoming page.

Wouldn't expect to see anything until the ships are shipped, on those.

Am fully expecting at least one Solo tie in to be announced any day now though.

It does feel like people are going stir-crazy with nothing new to talk about.

From what I've seen, there are no unbeatable lists, the sky isn't falling, and we don't need a 2.0.

I'm frustrated at the lack of news too, but we have been spoilt and there will be new info soon.

From what Alex has been saying on FB they're pretty preoccupied with Worlds at the moment, so I honestly wouldn't be surprised if we don't hear anything before the second week of May.

They were advertising a MASSIVE bunch of jobs not a couple of months ago, so they're probably in the process of doing exactly this. Hiring, training, and integrating new staff is not instantaneous.

Hahaha. I don't claim perfection.

But a little more positivity wouldn't go amiss. I really like the forums, but it's been hard lately.

Perhaps I'm lucky that my FLGS has a hardcore few (6/7), and we don't really follow the meta. We just like new things every so often to give us more options.

I'll settle for a compromise: I'll settle for a preview on may 1st as the article suggested... as long as I discover that the new ships that they will announce were already on the boat. Fair?
