Both Card_Breaker and me live about 30 minutes away from me in NJ.

Card_Breaker, do you plan on going through the whole game? I don't want to, but if you do. DO NOT POST THE STORYLINE!!! If you want to spoil it for yourself, feel free, but do not spoil it for me...

I'm getting the game the day it comes out in JP, so I'm so glad I don't have school that day.

Wasn't gonna post it. Prolly wouldn't understand half of it anyway which means I can still get the US version and enjoy it. I may post youtube videos of my gameplay though...

Aaaarrrggghhhh!!!!!! My Swap Magic isn't working!!!!! I've been at it for an hour now!!!!! WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1!!!!!!!one!!!

Did you get it working yet?

Which type of Magic Swap did you get?

Swap Magic 3.6. It's been like this though... It usually takes about 50 tries to get it working... but it hasn't worked today...

Leave it out for basically all of tommorow. I've heard that sometimes it just starts working if you give it a rest.

Which version of PS2 do you have. Did you order the extra parts, hook?

I have the slim. I got the flip top and it DID work... I wanna say 5 months ago since I last used it? (Wow...time flies... I never even noticed!) But now it isn't...

Maybe its scratched or dusty. If it doesn't work, it might be best to buy a new one.

It works now! I let it sit for a bit and it magically worked...I hate how it randomly works... but now I can finally max out Final Form so I can get to the end of the Cavern of Remembrance. Then to max my level so that I can beat Marluxia as I can't even beat him at Lv 59...

See, I told you it works... ; )

Cool, I searched it and I think I'll get an R4 now. It is affordable plus I can download KH358/2 Days before I leave for Indiana on the 30th! This'll also let me play the other region Pokemon games so I can get all the different region pokemon easily!

VICE, WHOEVER FINDS THE GAME'S ROM FIRST, POST IT HERE! WE'LL PLAY WITH EACH OTHER MOST LIKELY THAT DAY, IF YOU HAVE WIFI...

Instead of an R4, gets a Cyclo, it the updates version of the Cyclo, the updated version of the Cyclo has not come out for the US yet.

P.S. Cyclo and R4 DO NOT work on the DSi, it only works for game that are on the DS. So if you get it, make sure there are many DS games you want.
P.S.S. If you order a Cyclo now, it will most likely not arrive by the 30th. Srry, but my Cyclo took about 1 month to get.

Lastly, Xion turns out is not confirmed for multiplayer. I was pretty sure she was, but when interviewed, Tetsuya said that was merely a demo version. She does not have a limit break, so thus, she cannot be a real character until they make one for her. Until then, she may or may not be playable. Along with her, Sora may not be playable. Upon questioning, Nomura said that he did not want Sora to really be focused on in the game, so once asked about playability he answered: "I'd rather players concentrate on the fact that this is Roxas' story, not Sora's."

Here is a review of the demo tryers, who were sent a rough ROM of the game by Square Enix. This is a review of all the Organization members, except Xion who is questioned on even appearing.

I MOST LIKELY CLAIM LARXENE! I LOVE ME SOME FAST PEOPLE!

PLAY IMPRESSION

Report on the play style of each member of Organization XIII. Initially the player can choose from each member of Organization XIII to play. At this time, since the ROM we used was a nearly completed version of the game, we are reporting on how each character plays.

I. XEMNAS - A certain meaning with the wickedest character?

Though we were not able to play as Xemnas, according to Mr. Hasegawa his movement is heavy but his attack range is wide and brutal to nearby enemies. He seems to be a character that becomes a point in multi-play.

II. XIGBAR - The role of providing cover fire in multi-play

He gave players trouble with his Gun Arrows in Kingdom Hearts II because his long distance attacks could be done freely, making him ideal for back up support. However, when you defeat an enemy from a long distance, the troubling issue is that other characters are likely to ****** up the dropped prizes. To aim for the top in the result standings you’ll likely need a strategy. His Gun Arrows shoot out multiple bullets at once, it’s a flashy attack.

III. XALDIN - The wide range attacker that swallows up allies

His weapons are the Lances which boast impressive moves, even his normal attacks seem like special ones. If you enable the 4 player mode setting to “Attack Allies”, he is very dangerous. The Lances he manipulates have such a wide range that he won’t miss even if your aim is a little off. If you don’t want to get in the way of your allies, maybe you’d be better off fighting a little ways from them on your own. Though his movement is sluggish, his attack range and offensive abilities make him attractive.

IV. VEXEN – His ice style limit break is strong!

Since he swings around a shield to attack, his range is somewhat short. Since you can respond to an enemy attack with the shield, if your intention is to defend yourself, there isn’t a more reliable character. His limit break that sends pillars of ice flying forward is very powerful. Because it is an attack that can take down enemies in one blow, you’ll want to use it in the case of emergency. Vexen’s limit break sends pillars of ice flying.

V. LEXAEUS – His movement is slow, but the power of a single blow is far superior

Though his movements are heavy according to his appearance, the biggest surprise comes from the time before he releases an attack. There is an interval if you hold the A button, he stores energy and then releases a harsh attack at once. So even though he isn’t any good for attacking and moving quickly, his high offensive abilities become handy when battling against bosses and large enemies. His powerful attacks are suitable for attacking large enemies with high HP.

VI. ZEXION – He has a good limit break that can attack wide range

Though we wondered what kind of attacks a weapon like the Lexicon would do, the impression is that his attacks are regular with the exception that the reach is more or less short. During his limit break he does not move from his spot and since the damage it deals afflicts a wide range of enemies and sends them flying into the air, we get the feeling the skill is very useful. His limit break is an indiscriminate attack type that shoots out dark balls.

VII. SAIX – He is the ruthlessly attacking type and is easy to use

Like Xemnas, information on Saix has not been publicly revealed yet. If you think about how he was in Kingdom Hearts II, his standard form of attack came from the Claymore sword he uses. Perhaps his limit break will involve going into Berserk mode and releasing violent attacks? The violent side of Saix will be shown off in this title.

VIII. AXEL – Doing combos and using limit break is easy with him

We got the impression that he is overall well balanced and easy to use. The combos are especially easy to use, and depending on the partner, doing combos in rapid succession would probably be sufficient. During his limit break it is possible to shoot fireballs in rapid succession. Even if you’re a long way off from the enemy, it’s alright since it’s easy to use too. Shooting his fireball attacks are easy to do, his style is suitable for beginners.

IX. DEMYX – There can be different uses of combo attacks

He is a unique character who uses a stringed instrument much like a guitar called a sitar as a weapon. He is an easy to use character with a balance of good abilities. You can alter the combo by pressing a button during the attacks and they’ll diverge into 2 patterns. A situation may arise when using the different combos will be necessary. The figure fighting with the sitar is very cool!

X. LUXORD – The card attacker with long reach!

Since he fights by throwing cards, it’s his characteristic to have a long reach of attacks. It seems you can launch an enemy into the air if you hit them with the cards. If you collaborate with everyone, the enemy Luxord launched into air can be barraged by the other’s attacks. Luxord aims at his enemies and releases the cards upon them. He’s a logistical support type?

XI. MARLUXIA – He has attacks that work 360 degrees without blind spots

Marluxia fights swinging the scythe, though his attacks appear slow, the single blow of his scythe sweeps the entire circumference, clearing the few behind blind spots too. Because his limit break will damage neighboring enemies at a stretch too, he can easily cope with being surrounded by enemies. His attacks not only swing across the front, but it turns around all 360 degrees.

XII. LARXENE – She seems to make quick sport of enemies with her fast movement

Though the knife attacks she uses have a short reach, she can attack immediately with great speed so the impression of having a disadvantage is not received. When playing in multi-play, since her movement is very fast, she can gather up more prizes then the other players, making her considerably advantageous. Even though she uses knives, she doesn’t attack by throwing them.

XIII. ROXAS – He has quick speed and is easy to use

His play style resembles that of Sora from the main Kingdom Hearts series. He is easy to use and his movement speed is fast. As for his limit break, it is a so called ‘system of dancing wildly’. Though a magnificent attack can be initiated by repeatedly hitting the button, there is the issue of your attacks not hitting the enemy if you move out of range, therefore make sure to aim carefully. Since the feeling of operating him is the same as Sora, he is easy for Kingdom Hearts fans to use.

XIV. XION – Will she be possible to use in multi-play?

We’ve seen the figure of Xion in story mode, but it is not yet decided whether she is a usable character at the moment. If she can be played, assuming her weapon is a Keyblade like Roxas, will her type likely resemble him? We’re anxious to know what her limit break would be like. Xion’s vibe seems more agile than Roxas, is her movement quick?"

Riku is confirmed for Mutiplayer.

Srry for double-posting, but word is Donald and Goofy are playable only at certain times. Whether this means in the story or not, I do not know. I believe that they are only playable from their memories in the game at certain times, but they can be unlocked in mulitiplayer most likely. Likewise, supposedly Riku and Kairi will be playable (Kairi will use her keyblade in KH2, obtained from Riku's dual keyblade splitting). Once again, no confirmation on Riku and Kairi, I know Vice says Riku is, but unless he has pictures or direct word from Nomura, it is not necessarily true.

I'm still getting an R4. From the site I'm getting it, it is only $15 and it ships in 2 days if I choose the ship in 2 days option for only $1 more. I've found multiple sources that have successfully gotten their R4 from this site and quickly, so I'm gonna try it.

And don't worry, there are plenty of games I've had some interest in but not enough to buy. Some import I just haven't even had the chance to buy. So this'll be used a lot by me. I'll still buy all the games I really want though as it wouldn't be the same experience if I just downloaded every game.

Also, Wifi hasn't been announced yet, has it?

I bought it and it only cost $20 after tax and shipping. It also said it would arrive within 2-5 working days. Added to that is the fact that it is being shipped from NJ anyway. So it'll prolly be more around 2 rather than 5 days. I picked First Class mail instead of 2 days...wow the same time but a $15 price difference. When the person said only $1 extra, he meant from the other FedEx option... not from first class...

Did you get a micro SD card? Or does it come with it? That is the main part too the R4, and without it, you couldn't use it. If it doesn't come with one, it is only about $8 or so. Also, has wifi been announced for what? The R4 and Cyclo? They're compatible with wifi. What does your R4 thing come with, can you give me a link to the site?

P.S. I also like Vexen, so I claim him too along with Larxene.

Mine comes with a 2G micro SD card. Also, the wifi I meant for KH 358/2 Days. Mine comes with the R4DS (English), Micro SD reader, and the 2G micro SD card. It doesn't come with an extra case nor the CD, but I can easily download it. Link: http://www.realhotstuff.com/r4ds-microsd-bundle-p-184.html

I'm confused. You want to know if 358/2 Days is compatible with wifi? Or do you want to know whether the ROM is or...I'm confused?

Also, I was checking on the DSi being region-locked, and it is, but only to DSi things. So any DS game you can still play on it (except anything like the R4 and Cyclo, they do not work on DSi's), but all DSi only things will be region-locked, and in 1 year or so, when DS games are stopped in production for only DSi things, imported DSi's will become very bad suddenly.

I thought they didn't say anything about online Wifi for 358/2 Days yet which brought up that question since you keep mentioning us playing together on wifi. The part about the R4 I said because you asked.

Knew the second part.

I'm pretty sure 358/2 Days does connect to wifi because it has the chat feature where you can talk to one another, and draw things on the easil pad. Why would you need to speak to others if they were 2 feet from you? So yes, it is safe to assume wifi, up to at least 4 will be open. Sadly, I do not think doing 4 players will work out too well, becuase that would mean that all 4 of the people's wifi connection would have to be sufficient to have successful gameplay. If just one person's connection is laggy, everyones will be. So, my connection is good with everyone I know, but remember, Nintendo's wifi is very poor. Pokemon's is good, but then again, how fast-paced is Pokemon...not a lot. So I think this game will be good, but overall, I believe the wifi might be a bit too laggy for Kingdom Hearts fast-paced standards. Usually, people will be in groups of 2-3, but I doubt 4 player wifi will be not laggy.

I CLAIM ZEXION! (since there are 13 players from the start, for 4 people, everyone would get 3, so mine are most likely: Larxene, Zexion, Xigbar/Marluxia)

Then explain Pictochat, lol. Anyways, I get Marluxia or Xemnas depending on how Xemnas plays. Wow...picked the two final bosses, lol.

I got my R4 today. 2 days is fast! I'm downloading Pokemon Explorers of the Sky to test it. If it works, I'll get Tales of Tempest and then wait for 358/2 Days! Wow, an hour to download is a lot but I guess I can't complain since it is a whole game.

EDIT: It works!

Which game took an hour? That is a horrible time for downloading a game. Pokemon: Explorers of the Sky took only 2 minutes, and the longest a game I ever downloaded (over 50) was about 5 minutes. Is the problem downloading it, or extracting it. If it is extracting it, get a new SD card, the one they sent you may have been a bad one. If it is just dowloading it, look for a different file. An hour is too long for a ROM.
