Mr. Hello and Khyros got in a couple good games but I don't know the details of them.
I had time for a quick game against Anthony (a4rino I think?), he ran 2x bombers carrying clusters and 3x ties blowing my BH off the table in one firing round, bad luck on that one. The rest of the game was evasion by my Fel and 2 ties without much luck. Well played on his end.
Yeah, MrHello and I played a couple... He went with a 4 interceptor + HR list (alpha, alpha, saber, royal w/ swarm, howl) and I played my store champ list. The first game he targeted my Green right away, and it died without taking a shot. But it put him out of formation flying through the asteroids to get to the rest of my squad. Ad the interceptor's green dice only rolled "average," so I cleared the board. When then played a rematch, and the dice did not fail him, even though I thought I played better... think he ended up having 2 interceptors left after mopping up.
So, I know we've never really proxied cards before... but with the potential of the transport landing right before regionals, I'd like to get in a bit of practice playing as, and playing against. Anyone up for some games with the transport X wings?

I would run against the proxies but I won't be free on a Thursday until June, so it would have to be on a different game night for me.
Anybody up for meeting over at Eternal Games on Sat the 26th around noon? Im tryinv to get some friends to meet up and play a few games.
My weekends are all pretty much spoken for till at least Memorial Day. Next weekend (26th) is doing some chocolate thing with the girlfriend... because the following weekend I'm off to Pittsburgh for x wing regional. Then she takes her scuba diving open water tests, and we get to go scuba diving... Then Ohio regional... Then some yet unplanned Memorial Day Adventure, likely biking/rafting/scuba/camping. But I'm currently free on some weekends in June!
When / where is the Ohio regional again? It appears that i won't be making the Chicago one for sure, so this may be my only shot. 
Epic Loot Games in Centerville, OH (3.5hr drive from RIW). May 17th. I'm planning on driving down and back same day if you (or anyone else on this forum) wants to tag along.
I'm definitely out for Ohio, since my sister will be in town that weekend. I'm likely not going to make it this week, but I'm open to try out the new pilots in the next couple of weeks.
Hmm, it was either the Ohio Regional or the Wisconsin one for me. Idk which one to go to!
Looks like only a 4.5 hr drive to ohio instead of 6 to wisconsin, so that's the winner!
Looks like there is a good chance i'll be able to make the Ohio one now, thanks to having some friends nearby that my wife can visit while i get my game on.
So since this trip for me will be a family affair, i will not be able to ride shotgun in Khyros's car...
This may sound stupid, but is there is a pre-reg involved or just show up and play?

Woah... I was just looking into the preregister... and they changed the date. It is now May 10th not the 17th. WTF

Where did you see that it's the 10th? I'm looking at epic loot's events page and they still have it as the 17th.
It's listed on their homepage calendar as the 10th. And nothing is listed on the 17th. But it would appear that it's possibly wrong that it's listed on the 10th.
Going to need to call them and verify I guess.

Assault on Imdaar locations! Scheduling should be interesting for that weekend, there are 5 locations I'm interested in hitting.

I'm going to talk with Pam on Thursday about running RIW's on Friday night maybe... I know that's typically a Magic tourney, but since there's 5 in the area (flat land, fun4all, RIW, shenanigans, gamers gauntlet... not to mention the ones a bit further out) there will end up being overlap, but I figure Friday night is probably the least likely. Or maybe F4A should host it friday night since it's down by EMU campus.
Ohhh, the place in Flint is doing one! So close to me.
