They do not have a regularly designated night for play, sadly...

I'll be at GOB. We can probably ask about making it a regular event. If enough of us can commit to going weekly.

Do people show up to Gamer's Sanctuary in Flint, MI on Monday nights, 6pm? Idk if I will try tonight, but next week has prospects.

Yeah so they're having a 50/50 cash tourney at Flat land on the 12th, and they double the winnings if you spend it in store.

Just kidding. I know, weak attempt at an April Fools joke, the only thing they have going on that week is a swap meet, so you're clear to run a tourney if you want. I'll be busy that weekend though, so I'm out.

Anyway, I'll likely be late on Thursday, I'll be coming from my Momso's condo.

Was the 12th the proposed Tourney for RIW?

Indeed I proposed that date. The first weekend is out for the store, but besides that, I'm free to run one whenever. I figured that would be a good time to do so. Since the 19th is Easter weekend, and I have an obligation on the 26th =P. And then on the 3rd I start Regionals.

So if Flat Lands aren't running something, I think I'll go ahead and put it together at RIW for the 12th at 1pm, $5 entry, 2014 S1 prize support.

I'll start prepping the wife now in hopes to make that tourney...

I'm going to try and make the 12th at RIW, hopefully can make it.

We just opened a store in Warren, MI and we're looking to start X-Wing tournaments. We have about 2400 sq.ft of play area so there's more than enough room to play comfortably. Overall I think we all had a pretty good time. Thanks guys for organizing it and showing up. Maybe we can do it again sometime.

Cool cool about the GOB game night. Have they moved into their new location yet? I know that last time I went there, they struggled to put up 2 games of X wing at the same time since they had a few other people playing cards as well.

Anyways, I'm itching to play some, so I'm definitely showing up tonight. I'm thinking about busting out the imps!

i tried to come tonight, but was shot down. I'll def be there next week, as i convinced the powers that be that i need a few sessions of Tourney practice in before the big event.

I ended up losing that game after another 10 rounds. I was rolling blanks with all three ships and Luke Skywalker ended up picking them off one at a time. I won't be able to play next wednesday at GOB but if you guys want to try out Eternal Games next Monday I'm in.

They are moving in the summer, July most likely is what the owner said. We ended up putting the tables together to play. Luckily no one else was there so we had the run of the place. From what the owner was saying their new gaming space will be twice as big as there entire store currently. They are also going to expand inventory to include comics and puzzles and more Print on Demand games. I'm looking forward to it.

Yeah, when I talked to the owner he said it could be late July or August when they move.
