Fun 4 All in Ypsilanti Saturdays at 2pm is an ongoing thing. Come out for X-Wing (or LCG). If we get a decent turnout, we can run a season 3 kit.

I'm going to limit myself to only a single 1 agi ship in the future. I wish FFG would get off their asses and release the Imperial Aces expansion finally. I want to try out a for TIE-I setup.

As I said last night, I will be around for next Thursday if anyone else wants to plan on showing up. I know it is the day after Xmas so I am not counting on it so I'll only show up if people post here that they will as well.

I believe I'll actually be able to show up next Thursday (and possibly the Thursday after that).

Let me know when you know for sure. I'd be fine for some simple 1v1. Maybe get 2 tables and do something like a 300 point game.

I am definitely in. As of right now, unless something unexpected comes up, I'll be there. 300 points, eh? That might be much; what about 200 points? I'd be down for that.

I'm bringing along a friend so if we want to do 200+ points and we had one more person, we could do a 2-on-2 match. Do you want to play rebs or imps?

We can do 2v2 or 1v2..same points so it does not mater who is flying. I will play either but I would prefer rebs.

How was the big game?

The game was pretty fun, Khyros. We played 200 points. I brought my friend along so he and I teamed up against ifandbut. My friend and didn't have a very unified squad, but I had some old lists of 100 point squads written down so we picked two of them and squashed them together. We had Vader, the 6 named TIE pilots, and Krassis Trelix flying a pimped out Slave-I. Ifandbut was flying Han-Luke-Chewie with two B-wings with FCS and two A-wings with stealth devices. We put two tables together for an elongated playfield. It took us about three rounds to actually engage each other. One of the A-wings was the first to go down. Then a couple of TIEs were killed. After another A-wing and a B-wing went down, it took some time to whittle down Han, but in the end the Rebels conceded with just one B-wing left on the table. Ifandbut took some photographs which I am hoping he'll post at some point before he goes out of town. :-) Good times.

Who's up for X wing on the 2nd? I know I am....

So that's three of us. I think my friend is coming with me again. I'll let him use half of my stuff and we could get two games going.

Nice match tonight, Mr. Hello. How did it go between you an Khyros?

Called it to time at 11:30. He flew Chewy Blue and Tycho vs. 4 Protos + ORS. When we called it, he had a full hull Chewy remaining, to my 3 hull ORS, and 2 hull A and 2 hull / 1 shield A remaining. I keep experimenting with these different types of builds but I don't really know how to fly them effectively - I should just stick with what I know in the B X and Y wings =/

I think you put 1 damage on Chewy at the very end there. I would have needed some fancy flying to stay alive there. Thanks for the games.

This is all tentative while I iron out the details with them, but it should be good enough to go by for now.

Not that it matters, but any reasons on why the switch? RIW giving grief, or are you just looking to maximize your chances of obtaining kit material?
