No, the 7 was before Soak on RO-0K, the 8 was on Bestin (and before Soak).

If he took damage previously, yes. That shot dealt 2 damage past Soak.

He can give up his Action for the Maneuver, so he doesn't have to suffer Strain. I don't think you can spend a Maneuver to add a Setback, but I'll allow it in this case.

I messed up, it's RO-0K's turn after Bestin. Then R1.
