It does. Maneuver to do the thing, Hard difficulty to shoot him since you are engaged with Ranged (Heavy), if you spend the Strain to back out of engaged, that puts it down to Easy. Either would be upgraded once.

It goes through him, but it's not like swiping through air. It's more like pushing through mud (but nothing sticks to the rifle. It isn't sticky, just resistant).

@RuusMarev , @tank0625 , @jhh3 , I hope to get an IC post up Monday, but I think this would be a good opportunity to familiarize yourselves with each others' characters. Especially since these characters have known each other for at least a little while. This is also the last call for spending credits, XP, or making last minute changes.

Bestin was born and raised on Trandosha. His clan struggled a few years back with finding food to feed everyone, so he and some others voluntarily left so there would be more food for the rest of the clan. He would eventually go back, and hopefully bring back his success and share it with them. Right now he takes as many Guarding or hunting jobs he can.

RO-0K is a droid constantly upgrading itself, eccentric and possibly overtly arrogant, while parts come and go, it finds that remaining in a bipedal chassis is beneficial to it's business; Information and Transportation. Many of it's clients are also eccentric and arrogant and believe their information is far to be trusted to the holonet. Trusted couriers are the only way to trust the information is delivered properly.

RO-0K prides itself (if droids can express such things) on being the most trusted couriers in the business... (and if he can secure a copy of juicy information, so much the better....)

(RO-0k's regular clients enjoy playing detective with it's appearance, since it often changes. They try to decipher where the individual components originated.)

( @tank0625 , Since I designed Rook to be a mashup of different components that are always changing, I kinda think it might feel a kinship with Raxle. Two beings "changing" who they are... )
