You should listen to the pod.

My Overload Pulse CRB moved last tonight, double arc’d a Victory, activated first with CF and token in range of Toryn. Six dice, three rerolls, no crit.

Six damage done to the Vic, but OP did not proc.

I tabled the Sloane list including MW Goz, lost 3 Nebs and the transport, so the OP failure was incidental.

Overload Pulse was categorically ruled "coaster", and I think they are right - but I decided to try it anyway. Who knows? Perhaps I'll encounter an SSD without DCO and manage to proc a crit on six dice with three rerolls!
