No tools unfortunately, however I’m not sure if it’s the best idea to try opening it that quickly. With 2 droidekas now and more on the way, better we have the door at our backs so we’re not getting shot at from two directions. The droidekas attacks are gunnery, so they can’t use them on you once you’re engaged, so your lightsabers really might be the best way to deal with them safely.

Errr, lightsabre? The glowstick which Mireska uses to Reflect energy attacks? The one which she would use in a fight with only YG?
(I actually do intend to make her better with it, but that needs a lot of xp for which I'm only just now starting to save up.)

More seriously, there are more droidekas coming in than just those two first-comers. If we get the blast doors open without destroying the mechanism, then we could close them (permanently?) from the other side. There could be many more droidekas on board, all starting to converge on us. We need to reach the bridge as fast as possible, and not get pinned down in a long-running firefight.

I think that we're ready.
As far as I can tell, the bridge group has 4 initiative slots before the two droidekas can act. How about Condor/the ARCs and the CTs take the first two, then we see what's left for Ker'see (either ranged or lightsabre) and Mireska (lightsabre or whatever's necessary).

I believe he just means we can’t actually attack them before they shield up, but we do get to attack them first and have a chance to take them down before they get to make an attack.
