Result of disc check to craft the amulet. Idt inventor applies so i didn’t add the boost.

The code for adding Force dice to Orakos is: (#ForceDice)eF

For example, with 4 Force dice the code is: 4eF

Oh i meant what in game skill XD. Srry fr the confusion. Cause i thought force die can’t be added unless i have a specific talent for it? At least for this kinda check? Ik commiting die etc, but im a bit confused why i can add force die :P

Alchemical crafting is unlike other forms of crafting (which can only include Force dice if you have the Manipulate power and certain upgrades to it).

Alchemical crafting (e.g., for a Protective Amulet) is the only form of crafting where you must include the Force dice that you have available, i.e., if at the time you have committed some Force dice then those Force dice are not available for crafting. You must have a minimum of 1 Force die available; you can't alchemical craft if you don't have Force dice.

By the way, it's a good habit to label your Orokos rolls by means of the Description box. For example: "Protective Amulet alchemical crafting w. Discipline, check #1"

You did notice that alchemical crafting does not use the Mechanics skill, but instead uses Lore or Discipline?

And it'll be up to our GM if the Inventor talent can apply Boosts or not.

Ahhh i c, thanks, makes sense XD. Yeah i was using my disc skill. Its q high cse i hv 5 willpower lol.

Should i reroll or add the force die? @EliasWindrider

Since he has limited availability today...

He usually has us add the dice we missed, so in this case just roll the requisite number of force dice.

We postponed potty training to re-start tomorrow...

@Von3679 just roll the force dice and add a description for your roll from now on, also fill in the character name and campaign CW AltU is sufficient for the campaign.

It is generally beneficial to use the minimum dice neccessary to avoid darkside pips... so you might want to commit other doce so that they aren't available.

@Bellona (or anyone else, I guess), I haven't been receiving email notifications* since noon EST yesterday. Have you been receiving email notifications? Is it just a problem on my end, or is the forum doing something screwy?

*At all. Not for new posts in threads I follow, and not even for PMs. I'm not set up to get mention/quote/reaction notifications through email so nothing is out of the ordinary there.

Regular e-mail is coming through just fine for me.

To reduce my e-mail inbox spam, I've set my FFG preferences to not send me any e-mail notifications. (I rely on checking the Notifications and Messages icons at the top of the screen both when I first log onto the FFG site for the day and whenever I come back the computer. While using the computer I depend upon the sound-based notification whenever something new happens in threads that I follow.)

I'm getting regular emails, just not forum emails. I guess I didn't make that particularly clear, but I was referring to FFG in particular.

I assume that you checked your profile's preferences, that they didn't change somehow?

Yeah, I did. Couldn't find anything.

*shrugs*

I've got nothing, then. (Like I said, I'm a bad example in this case because I don't expect emails from FFG.)

Maybe one of the others has some insight.

Ah ok sure! Hmm what can i commit my dice to for now XD. Using enhance?

Depending on the upgrades, yes.

I've not been getting anything either. Must be a forum thing.

Hopefully this isn't a sign that they are ceasing support for the forum.
