They have to retreat the next turn. So practically, Bertie jumps in system. No fire, no combat. Next turn, he moves on. I do want to make sure it works like that though. I think it does. Last game, I was in a similar alliance with Matt, and I sent a warship to tour his planets. No problems arose nor were retreat orders issued.

(If @LTD is fine with it, I am. As long as he can remember who isn't shooting who every turn. That sounds like a lot to remember.)

As long as everything works in the way you think it does, rules wise, we have an agreement. This doesn't violate our alliance with clon, as far as we can see.
