Warlords of the F'Tarq Sector - IC - players only please

By LTD, in Star Wars: Armada Off-Topic

@BiggsIRL friend, thank you for not meeting me in orbit above G. That helped avoid putting us in the unfortunate postition of having to fire upon a friend whose only transgression against us was attempting to liberate my people.

I have sworn to help liberate the home system of the Mandalorians @The Jabbawookie . I am prepared to do so and implore you not to resist.

@The Jabbawookie the Tron'di have proven themselves a cunning enemy. If they are willing to agree not to contest the liberation of your home system, would be willing to negotiate a cessation to hostilities?

They may be interested and able to help us against unwanted Northern aggression in the future..

If you can give me any reason to allow a dangerous enemy who has struck deceptively and without provocation to live, I shall be surprised. Remember his pretense is a lie; he claims clauses to our contract that never existed, he signed his treaty with you after the invasion, and he opted for this route silently and patiently, rather than advocating for you when it would have mattered.

This was a power grab; since it directly violates a treaty, I see no way to prevent it from happening again, should the Tron’di be allowed to recover.

Hello pot. I'm kettle.

You had a treaty preventing you from striking. We didn’t, which in hindsight should have been obvious given our desire to immediately make pacts with every other neighboring faction. The Mandalorians have never gone against their word.

@clontroper5 how fares the 5SA? Are you prepared to take the fight to the Tron’di, or preoccupied with the dsD ping (Bigg’s original forces from Pen’tok, likely?) We would like to request you issue hold fire orders regarding our forces when in Tron’di space; we will do the same.

Gettin' a bit nervous now that you know my doom stack is right next to your (smaller) force?

Just hoping not to draw this out more than necessary.

@GhostofNobodyInParticular What, if I may ask, is the value of Pen’tok?

0 credits, sadly, as I desperately need those. 40 IC.

We both know that in a streight up fight you don't have the forces to take me on. Fortunately for you, opportunism is not just a trait just our two sides share.

How's this for an oppertunity - I am willing to surrender any and all of my planets, but ONLY to 5th Sector @clontroper5, as he is the only one of you with honor, and only if he promises that the products of those planets be used by him and him alone, and never transferred to GNIPS or Mandos.

I do not need a homeworld. I do not need to "win". I have a fleet and goals that I have decided upon.

Destabilizing to the sector. A counteroffer: distribute your planets evenly to @clontroper5 and @FortyInRed, after paying reparations to the GGoG and MOFO. Products of those worlds are used solely by their holders and to compensate for any damage caused in a future Tron'di guerilla campaign.

And Umbara remains ours, of course.

@The Jabbawookie forgive us, but these diplomacy talks and reports are confusing our intelligence department. A little bit too much rum the past days.

Where do you want us to provide assistance?

What we have gathered is that our fleet alone would not suffice to make an impact, so we wish to transfer control of them to your fleet, to supplement your forces.

The 5SA approves of these talks...

We are good, however due to the recent miscommunication with Gnipian forces I had to delay pushing into Tron'di space for some repairs. If these talks of planet exchanges continue we will reconsider our plans

@BiggsIRL, if you are willing to surrender your territory split between me and @FortyInRed, I will assist in repaying the MoFo and GGoG to appease them, what say you?

This will allow you to warlord around like you want under the condition that you do not attack my forces (which also will not attack you)

@GhostofNobodyInParticular You mentioned you were short on credits. We have them in abundance right now; is there something you would like to sell?

I can't afford to sell anything until the Trondi conflict has been settled.

If you allow us to use the IC of Pen'tok for a turn post war, we can offer 50 credits.

I am not willing to see Mandos or GNIPs get a cent of my credits, nor am I willing to entertain the Mandos dictating terms.

Here is my counter proposal: you get Pen'tok and Zedron. You give me a modest 10 credits a turn to administer this territory, as it will keep my fleet flying.

@FortyInRed gets Odron. He already got a small fleet in an effort to get him to back the right side, and didn't, so that seems fair.

Everyone else gets nothing.

50 credits now, 40 IC in one lump sum as soon as I hold P. Deal.

We have an accord; I just need to verify things aren't going to take an unexpected turn right now. Naturally, this means Bigg's "spoiler pact" cannot be accepted (I would consider a modified version were it not so clearly intended to destroy us specifically.)

I trust my allies; @clontroper5 will you continue to fight alongside GNiPs?

For the time being I see no reason not too

I am fine with this

The two are not compatible. GNiPs has made a deal that involves my use of Pen'tok; neither he nor I could use Pen'tok under the Tron'di offer. This is the heart of the matter: the war against the Tron'di must continue, or the Ghosts and the Mandalorians will suffer. Both by having fought for nothing and through a guerilla war being waged against them by a faction that seeks nothing but their destruction.

@GhostofNobodyInParticular we have credits in abundance. I'm glad to give you some now as a token of our good will. If you are in a position to help us later, that would be appreciated.

@LTD 50 credits from Consortium to GNIPIA.
