For logistical purposes, could you specify the planet, so that Jabba and I don't accidentally go there at the same time?

Premise: credits are sufficient for all of us and not a limiting factor. IC is desired by all of us and a limiting factor.

We each announce our current total IC, then distribute planets in a fashion that best smoothes out that difference. Balance is in this way upheld as much as possible between all three factions after all worlds have been taken.

To discuss the formation of an alliance hereto referred to as "The Southern Federation":

• Agreement duration: turns 14 through 18. To be considered contiguous with our previous agreement, that extends until turn 13. No "shooting each other before the new agreement starts", nonsense.
• Non-aggression clause: signatories will not fire upon other signatories of the treaty for the duration of this agreement. Signatories will not invade one another's planets or possessions.
• Betrayal clause: signatories will agree that if a co-signer deliberately opens fire on another co-signer, the remaining parties must see to the violator's destruction.
• Termination clause: a signatory may withdraw from the agreement at no penalty following the written agreement of other signatories
• Mutual defense / attack clause: signatories may, but are not obligated to, intercede in battles between third parties not party to this agreement and any signatory to the agreement.
• Declaration of movement clause: signatories will announce movement of units into other signatories' territory ahead of time, and will not proceed if movement is not approved.

I would appreciate it if either you or the Syndicate could do that. Defender’s disadvantage: I don’t want you leave worlds in peril, but he can’t just camp there.
