@idjmv if I was to relinquish control of F I would need an offer with At least an ISD in it for so if your interested in purchasing it that is my starting point.

I can withdraw this turn and pick up your ISD in Deep space (also would be easy to pick up at your capital) which would allow you to easily occupy F this turn if you're able, otherwise you can drop off the ISD this turn at F and I can withdraw next turn to allow you to take it.
