At Ava F'Tarq the forces of The Syndicate have bombarded the planet. 2 Ground Forces and an industrial capacity have been destroyed.
Ava F'Tarq is blockaded.
At planet Barkhesh Consortium forces have occupied the world with no casualties.
At planet Ylesia a battle occurs between the Consortium and the Syndicate
106 consortium vs 20 Syndicate
84% vs 16% = -6 to the attackers advantage
Roll: 6 - 6 = 0 defender takes 100% casualties.
Planet Ylesia is blockaded by the Consortium - action pending.
At planet Far F'Tarq the Lesser, 5th Sector Forces have arrived over the Preyhold controlled world. Action pending.
{When I say action pending, I mean the player has to choose whether to blockade, invade, or bombard. Please note that you cannot bombard and invade in the same turn, but if you bombard you are automatically assumed to blockade}

Or he hasn't slept to begin with, as sleep is over-rated.
While we wait on bombard / blockade orders, we can start turn 8.
Please tag me in any posts where you claim victory points - I think Jabba built a Summer House this turn.
I will post the turn 8 public objective in a few hours - I don't have access to the list at the moment. I won't be able to process for the weekend, so orders will be due early my Monday - so about 72 hours from time of post.
We'll have to remember not to mess with the Pylon-Hoser Consortium! (Especially if we've already agreed to be their allies
)

Brotein is now under the flag of the Consortium, and Ylesia is being bombarded by our stinky equipment from orbit.
I have no quarrel with your people and wish no further bloodshed.

We can end this foolishness, just say the word. While we have no illusions that we can win against both you and the Mandos, we can certainly damage both of you, making you more susceptible to foreign predation.
You said it yourself, you need Alberta as a bulwark against northern aggression. You already have at least one person with public ambitions against that planet, and who knows how many more with less overt plans?
Can you now see that I have more to offer you, and by extension @The Jabbawookie as allies than as enemies?
I'm more than willing to engage in a credit/IC swap in order to further our mutual cause.
I'm worth more to both of you drunk and gooning than on the bench.

You have done great damage [and our other ally the berserk do need help] And have truly proved your worth
53/73 of a VSD1, 20 1 Mando Fighter, 10 1 GF, + the pending result of bombardment on Y
@The Jabbawookie i have paid for coming to your defense I offer these terms
The Mandolrians Maintain the Gains they have Captured
The Consortium withdraws to B and keeps it to Help mount a defense
The syndicate Claims A next turn, [all you got is 1 GF there anyways]
This is my punishment for not sticking to my word I lose 83+ Net Fleet points and the same result happens [A for B swap]
We move forward to help the @idjmv for that is our really only chance here in the long term
We will help him claim worlds back and all should grow from that eventually

Hmm. Seems as though this conflict is coming to a sudden halt, just as it was beginning.
We are fine with the consortium holding Brotein.
@Matt3412 and @The Jabbawookie, we have a very strong defense. We highly doubt the orbital defenses can be broken. Even if they are, we have such an obscene number of GF on our planet that invasion will be nigh impossible without a massive fleet loaded to the brim with GF.
Both of you will be repaid for your assistance once we have ended this war.

Mandalorian intervention will occur around turn 10/11.
@FortyInRed We're ready for a cease-fire. This was never about wiping you out. If you have a world with industrial capacity equal to your capital, now or in the future, we can arrange a trade to return Concordia to you.
Planet Far F’Tarq is blockaded by the 5th Sector.
Planet Ylesia is bombarded by the Consortium. Credit production is reduced by 1.
@Matt3412, @idjmv, @The Jabbawookie - I am pleased that we will soon be able to put this unpleasantness behind us. Collectively, this infighting weakens us all.
I offer the following terms:
Signing this treaty is to our mutual advantage. Not having to jealously guard our own borders from betrayal from within our ranks allows us to focus on expansion and growth.

@Lord PreyerPreyer, I was unaware of your presence on this planet (Far F'tarq) and I intend to take it, but in honor of the Treaty Which I believe you signed I will forgo invading until you have had an opportunity to respond.

I offer the following terms:
- All hostilities will immediately cease. Consortium forces will cease bombardment of Ylesia and retreat. Consortium forces will continue to occupy Brotein (as per prior agreement with @Matt3412 and Toronto.
- Consortium will rescind the bounty placed on Mandalorians and Syndicate forces.
- We enter a four-way, binding, non-aggression and mutual-defense pact until Turn 13 (5 turns from now). Signatories will not fire upon other signatories for any reason until the expiration of this treaty, or an agreement is made to dissolve the treaty.
- Any non-signatory who fires upon a signatory to this treaty will be considered an enemy of all signatories. Put another way, attack one, get attacked by four. Similarly, betray one, get attacked by the other three.
- @The Jabbawookie will cede C'nada back to Hank the Drunk, and in exchange, Hank will deliver 30 IC worth of units to the Mandalorians each turn in the orbit of C'nada. As a token of my goodwill, I am willing to accept a permanent blockade of C'nada to ensure that we cannot betray/backstab you. In this way we can only draft additional Goons, who will be remain on C'nada, drinking and brawling. I agree to lend you my industrial might. I ask only that I be allowed to reclaim my ancestral home.

Yeah I'm good with this as long as I get A

Are we to receive the 30 IC perpetually? If so, we are pleased to accept these terms, and our navy is ready to serve and protect your interests across the sector.

As we have had no quarrel, why not.

It is now a neutral planet.

I control Ava T’Farq and all the planets in adjacent systems. 3VP.

Let my neighbors note: we will reclaim our wayward world this same turn with minimal difficulty. No significant economic or industrial losses have been incurred in our present state.

Inquiry: are all of the signers entering the war?
47 minutes ago, The Jabbawookie said:Are we to receive the 30 IC perpetually? If so, we are pleased to accept these terms, and our navy is ready to serve and protect your interests across the sector.
Yes, until such a time that we both agree upon a mutually-beneficial alternative arrangement. For example you had offered to trade my capital for a world with equivalent IC. In the event that I am able to conquer such a world, I would cede it to you, and we would consider the debt paid. The IC payments would cease and we would move forward all things being equal. Agreed?
If this is agreeable, please let me know what you would like your first (Rebel Alliance) shipment to be!
Note, I'm also open to "averaging" 30 IC a turn if you want to do something like 34 IC one turn and 26 the next.
