@SithArissa how big is Oola in relation to Zoroku? He only stands at 6 feet tall or 1.83 meters. Just wondering if she would really go flying if he bumped into her. It's not like a Wookiee trucked her lol.

5' 2 maybe? I was trying to work the advantage you gave me into the narrative.

Mechanically they're both Sil 1, but seeing as I've been checked by a very determined, and short dude before, I can attest that size isn't everything when it comes to tackling. Momentum and inertia have a lot to say on the matter :D

@Vergence and @KungFuFerret , I'll get to you guys in my next post.

So about us being in that next post?

What about the droid attack on the Wookiees?

What about it?

It's a system we can't afford to lose!

...I'm not sure what you are talking about? Rabo said Gaze and Muu would be in his next post, we weren't. I commented to remind him about our thread. What do Wookiees have to do with that?

The first 3 paragraphs are the sector admin office. He just didn’t emote Gaze arriving in the room.

Just making a joke. I'm sure @Rabobankrider will answer soon.

Ah, yeah I missed that bit entirely when I was reading it. Wasn't sure where that was taking place and with whom. Though it would be good to know if I've actually made it to that location yet, as my last post I was in transit :D

Sorry, @KungFuFerret , you can emote reaching the room there at this point, I didn't want to step on your characters toes with the post.

Kataddik dives for cover:

Enhance : 1eF 1 Dark Side
f-ds.png

Athletics : 4eA+3eD 5 successes, 2 threat
a-s.png a-a.png a-s-s.png a-s-s.png d--.png d-th-th.png d-th.png

@Tramp Graphics , unless @Vergence or @KungFuFerret are projecting their coms to the others I don't think that Kattadik would know what was going on outside of the shuttles approaching your hanger.

@satkaz , sorry, I should have mentioned before as well, the fighters would have been left with flight suits if Walden decided to take time to put one on (might help survive the vacuum of space if things go wrong).

I'll change the IC post to reflect that. Thanks for the heads up.

It would be the crash suit with these stats: http://swrpg.viluppo.net/equipment/armor/1660/

Also it reduces critical hits dealt to the vehicles by 1, is vacuum sealed and reduced burn damage by 1.

@Rabobankrider seeking little clarity before I respond. Besalisk notices a shuttle landing in the dry docks. I assume this is the same shuttle Svae mentions he saw with the doors sealed (as the Besalisk claims the doors are secure). Was the shuttle actually the Wyrm? The only entrance to the dry docks is a 'docking tube' or a vacuum sealed jump?

@Vergence , what I meant was that the shuttle was landing inside the hanger of the ship itself, and the interdictor is the Wyrm. The interdictor is taking up all the space in the dry dock so the enemy have had to land in the ship itself. The most immediate entrances are the jump or the docking tube, but if you want to get creative there are other options. You could go through fuel lines (KOTOR inspired), or if you think of another way feel free to put it forwards.

I figure that we’re all in keyed in with one another. It would make the most tactical sense to keep our comms opens to each other.

Right, @Vergence and/or @KungFuFerret can you please confirm if you're transmitting your conversation or not, because if you're not I'm afraid @Tramp Graphics will need to edit his post.

I don't think Muu could have known until your last post that the enemy was stealing ships. I guess that was part of my clarity seeking, not realizing Kattadik's comment was connected to the dry docks or the Wyrm. I think that might be an OOC comment because Muu wouldn't of known until the last post. I thought the shuttle was an assault.

@Rabobankrider based off Muu's vision, I think he would try to avoid 'docking tubes' lol. Could he estimate what kind of mechanical check would be required to perform the vacuum sealed jump? Could he just grav boot walk outside of the station to the dry docks without a jump?

Edited by Vergence

Haha, good thinking. It's less of a mechanical check and more of a coordination check for the space jump. A hard perception check could give him an idea of the difficulty. Grav boots are perfectly viable, I'd say they're a part of the suit so you could just walk over the top of the tube or the scaffolding used by the dry dock.

Well, one thing that did just come to mind is that, as shown in the films, hangars usually keep the vacuum of space at bay through magnetic shielding which otherwise allow Ships to pass through, and blast doors typically don’t close over the hangar entrance unless said shields are compromised or some other “override” is given. This means that anyone in the hangar would see what’s going on outside through the bay entrance anyway. As such, Kataddik should be able to see those assault shuttles heading towards the drydocked ships anyway.

@KungFuFerret are you good with a scaffolding grav boot sneak attack on the dry docks or do you have other idea?

Edited by Vergence

@Tramp Graphics , true, but what you would see from your hanger is the dogfight outside. Without poking your head outside and around the corner you'd really struggle to see the dry docks or the other hangers.
